Valerii Reutsoi, who was the branch director and is a regional director at present, notes, “The elevator started agricultural commodities receipt almost from the entire region since the first days of its operation. Local agrarians quickly learned the company’s principles of work: quality, professionalism, transparency. Technical equipping and branch modernity played a significant role in popularity of NIBULON among agricultural producers”.
The branch started 2015 with a historical landmark: it received its first million of agricultural commodities on February 3.
The team of the branch sees this year out as a wise and experienced facility whose anniversary is being celebrated. The production branch has been maintaining its leadership pace for ten years. 
The statistics speak for themselves. The branch has signed almost 1,000 supply agreements, received more than 52 thousand units of road transport, shipped almost 1.1 million tons of grain, loaded more than 16.5 thousand railcars, dried 566 thousand tons of agricultural commodities for ten years of its work.
There were records in history of the branch. In particular, it received 251 thousand tons of Ukrainian grain in the 2008/09 marketing year. Seven full production cycles were performed in the third year of its operation.
NIBULON’s employees are convinced that it is easy to work in a friendly and well-coordinated team. Having a strong team, one can overcome any obstacles.
People and their professionalism are the key to success of “Reshetylivs’ka” branch. In particular, there are people who have been working at the production branch since it was established. They are Iryna Voitiuk, a chief accountant, Olha But, deputy chief accountant, Tetiana Berezina, an accountant on records management, Valerii Stasiuk and Valentyna Bilokhvist, truck-tipper operators, Mykola Bilokhvist, grain processing operator, Oleksii Ovsii, Vitalii Kharchenko, Hennadii Berezhok, drivers, Volodymyr Horulko and Anatoli Pendiura, watchmen.
Volodymyr Shymilov, a chief engineer, Serhii Zhuravel, a chief mechanic, Mykhailo Rybalka, a chief powerman, Oksana Kapustianska, head of production and technological laboratory, Oksana Brusko, deputy head of production and technological laboratory, Liubov Vereshchaka, a senior foreman, Oleksand Kryvko, Yurii Oblap, Mykola Kobylynskii, Hennadii Nedzelskii, shift foremen, share their experience and acquire new skills.
Unfortunately, we cannot enumerate everyone (the list will be very long), but today’s holiday is an achievement of every employee of the production branch.
“We keep on developing our production branch”, notes the branch director Oleksandr Hyrka. “We provide work at high professional level which meets the modern requirements. Sometimes we have to excel ourselves to be successful. Thus, NIBULON strengthen person’s character”.
It should be noted that the production branch has trained 63 young specialists and 4 directors (they continued their work at other structural units) for ten years.
