Thus, the branch received almost 2,000 tons of grain cargo from agricultural producers for the first 24 hours.
According to Roman Chumachenko, the branch director, more than 70 trucks have been unloaded per this day. The unloading process is very fast and fully automated due to high-tech equipment from world renowned manufacturers. So, drivers shouldn’t waste their time in queues. It should be noted the branch can serve up to 400 trucks per day.
In general, the terminal receives commodity of high quality, mainly wheat and barley yield that has been cultivated at neighbouring branches and farms of Mykolayiv region. The yield corresponds to II-III classes. The agrarians from Voznesensk, Veselynove, Domanivka and Bashtanka districts carry their grain to the new terminal.
According to the experts, new logistics system and modern technologies of grain storage at “Voznesens’ka” branch will give about UAH 10 million of extra profit to Ukrainian producers for salary payment, purchase of fuels and lubricants, purchase of new machinery. So, local agrarians, who cooperate with NIBULON, will receive more attractive price for grain spending less money for its transportation.
Please note that the company completes dredging works on the Southern Bug River at its own expense. 134 kilometers of this river will become navigable upon completing these operations. As soon as enough grain is accumulated in silos, the production branch will start transporting grain from Voznesensk to Mykolayiv by water. It will lead to essential decrease in traffic loading on highways of the region.
