The assembling process of the last upper loading galleries will come to an end in a few days. The assembling of a 45-meter elevator tower is almost finished. Wiring and technological equipment installation inside the elevator tower will have been finished by June 10. Construction works of the administrative and laboratory building, operational weighing station, machine workshops with fire station, cafeteria are coming to an end as well. Installation of conveyors and aspiration equipment reached its peak. 
It should be pointed out that contractors execute work in time and without essential delays. About 1,000 builders work as a team. At the moment, the most difficult task is to construct 26.5 thousand m2 of concrete access roads and a parking lot. At the beginning of June, the builders will start improving the territory (fountains, landscaping, and others).
The foreign equipment is delivered at the construction site to a day. The dryers were supplied before contracting term. There is a short delay in silos metalware delivery, but contractors are ready to install 2 thousand tons of metalware as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, the contractors continue installing 5.7 km of water distribution and sewage systems and 140 km of cabling and wiring lines.
A water tower decorated in Ukrainian national style will be installed soon. An artesian well has been prepared for it.
In addition, a high voltage line (35 kV) is being installed. Crossing the river, this line will have been run to the terminal by June 10. 35-meter supports are being mounted for it. The height of the supports will prevent masts and antennas of the company’s vessels from colliding with power lines.
In its turn, NIBULON fulfills its financial obligations in time. Thus, it paid UAH 20 million for the executed work and delivered equipment last week. The overall construction cost is UAH 450 million.
Thus all the construction and installation work at the site will have been finished by June 10, and balancing and commissioning will be started. Contractors will start reconstructing the roads to Voznesensk town and Prybuzhany village. They will also build a new bicycle path. Branch staff will start settling in the new buildings.
The General Director of NIBULON doesn’t waste time. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy had a business trip abroad last week. He visited four countries and met with the representatives from 12 international financial institutions. “It’s time when a financial plan and business relations with banks for the next marketing year are being formed. I would like to point out that all partners understand and support us. I’m sure next year will be as successful as the previous one, and we will keep on fulfilling our investment obligations”, remarked Oleksiy Vadaturskyy.
As today Ukraine has no access to foreign investments, such an activity of the General Director is especially important. This work promotes the economy development, the implementation of new investment projects, the attraction of foreign investments, the creation of new workplacesand the improvement of our welfare.
