Starting the traditional meeting on Saturday, Sergiy Besedin, NIBULON’s deputy general director of capital construction, reminded contractors of it.
One month remains until the new terminal starts operating. At present more than 600 construction workers are working at the construction site; NIBULON signed agreements with 60 contracting organizations. The builders work in three shifts in order to finish construction works in time and to start finishing work, electrical work, and others.
The specialists from Poltavaspetsmontazh Ltd and Montazhspetskonstruktsiya Ltd continue mounting metalware of the upper loading galleries. The workers from Spetsmontazh Engineering have already mounted conveyors in the lower galleries.
Construction Company Ltd. finishes assembling the headhouse frame; at the same time it is being plated with profiled metal. PDSP-10 Ltd. has already mounted the first grain-cleaning equipment inside the headhouse.
Astarta Mlynelevatorbud Ltd. completed constructing three foundations for truck-tippers. Construction workers from TSKS Group Ltd will soon mount metalware for the truck-tippers.
Sergiy Besedin told partners that drying complexes (Mathews Company) would be delivered from the USA to Ukraine. On May 25, they will be at the construction site. In order to improve logistics component and to speed up terms of delivery, NIBULON even changed the route. The equipment will be delivered to Voznesensk via Europe. At the same time Symaga grain storages will be delivered from Spain to Voznesensk. From May 20 till May 23, all the required equipment produced by CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S will be delivered to the construction site.
The specialists from Zhytlorembud-Nika are performing finishing work in the weighing station. VKF BULAT Ltd. is preparing to calibrate truck scales planned on May 25.
DI KOR-BUD Ltd. is involved in constructing the terminal’s cafeteria and mechanical workshops with a fire station. The builders have already mounted the cafeteria’s roof and finish assembling the counter ceiling framework. The specialists have already started finishing work at the second facility; they are mounting wall framing.
The construction workers from TavriyaMonolitBud have practically finished main works as to the construction of the laboratory and administrative building. Artil-Bud Ltd. will have performed finishing work of the building as well as its facade by the end of May.
The construction workers from Atrium-Kom Ltd. have conducted preliminary electrical mounting in all three buildings.
It should be noted that metal-plastic windows and doors are supplied by NIBULON according to direct contracts with Europlast and VIKRA to optimize and speed up construction.
V.S. Kondratyuk individual entrepreneur is finishing producing the foundation under a cable bridge; Transvit private enterprise is producing the foundations under a dryer, moist grain storages, and fans.
TDV Chornomorgidrobud VP BU 453 is mounting a transom. The specialists from VF VZAEMODIYA Ltd have started to install foundations under the galleries for shipments on water.
Gazvodmontazh Ltd., UKRSPETSOBLADNANNYA Ltd., BK Ukrdobrobut Ltd. are assembling outer networks of water supply, sewage system, and a fire tank.
At present there is no hesitation that the transshipment terminal will be put into operation in time. Pace of construction testifies about it.
