The reputation management rating was held by the Business newspaper. Its organizers say that the aim of the event is to search for successful and leading Ukrainian companies to be followed by and to improve management reputation systems. 
Taking into account maximum reference in the information space, 370 companies were chosen to participate in the rating. Sectoral experts, investment analysts and members of the rating organizing committee analyzed the participants. 95 experts were in the jury. They are the most competent media experts in Ukraine, investment analysts, independent sectoral experts, representatives of consulting companies, and representatives from professional public organizations.  In order to obtain unbiased results and avoid conflict of interests, the jury was also consisted of independent experts who have nothing to do with nominees.
“We obtain an external reputation rating (unbiased, integrated and expert) and define the best reputation management practical experience to be useful for other companies”, explains Olena Derevyanko, a member of the rating organizing committee, vice-president at the Ukrainian PR-Liague, partner at PR-Service Agency. “We sincerely believe that companies which value their good reputation will achieve success in future.
Receiving an award from Vitaliy Sabluk, deputy director at the National Scientific Center “Institute of Agrarian Economy”, NIBULON’s head of information and organization department Alla Yurchuk mentions that the company thanks the community for appreciating its activity. In its turn, NIBULON invests in development of the Ukrainian economy and infrastructure. The company is implementing its investment project in Mykolayiv region now, where it constructs new cargo fleet at its own shipyard, revives river navigation and constructs the transshipment terminal. In addition to the sectoral rating, the organizers formed functional categories according to the main components of reputation management. Thus, NIBULON was acknowledged as the best one in the agricultural sector according to the following categories: reputation stability, media activity, image capital of corporate social responsibility, and anti-crisis of the year.
In the intersectoral rating, the company was ranked the second place for media activity and image capital of corporate social responsibility. Today NIBULON is an example of open and qualitative supply of information to the mass media. The company efficiently responds to reputation risks. It is characterized by the efficiency in media activity, transparency and efficiency of CSR procedures, public importance of social projects, and socially responsible organization of internal business processes.
In addition, NIBULON was ranked third place for reputation stability. This testifies that the company has unbiased competitive advantages forming reputation. NIBULON has regular PR activities, professional core department being responsible for its reputation, high support by target audience, and efficient system of reputation management.
