They are singing songs of praise to him and criticizing undesirable people. Think, for instance, of roads. Don’t you know who destroyed all the roads in the region? The above-mentioned persons know and prompt you that NIBULON destroyed them. Discussing this topic and other ones, these people start criticizing NIBULON, demonstrating their unprofessional assumptions, thoughts, bad jokes, etc.
History proves that the lives of such time-servers are alike. Today they think their comments control people’s lives, companies, cities, and when the authorities change, they are left with nothing and start searching for other soft posts. Our company, working honestly, openly and within legislation, successfully continues developing itself and improving its reputation not only in Ukraine but also abroad.
Their professional level leaves much to be desired; otherwise, these comments would be republished by respectable international information agencies. Thus, it is not strange that the posts of these users with a limited set of vocabulary are intended for an audience who supports lie. They speculate on NIBULON’s name.
There is a secret which these minions will never tell you: in addition to NIBULON, Mykolayiv has a number of other companies which ports and facilities receive cargoes transported from different regions of Ukraine, and namely Nika-Tera (traders – Noble and Louis-Dreyfus), Grintureks (trader – Bunge), Nikmorservice (trader – Cargill), Mykolayiv Bread Product Plant PJSC (trader – Virtus), Argoalfaterminal (trader –Agro Export Group) and Ekotrans (trader – Kernel-Trade). These companies can receive a total of up to 2,000 trucks per day. Nobody mentions it, as there was no such an order from top officials.
One should not forget that another two high-capacity grain terminals are being constructed in Mykolayiv city. They belong to renowned international companies that invested in agribusiness like NIBULON did. Although their construction was started several years ago, officials as well as a number of People’s Deputies like to demonstrate their achievements due to the investment they have nothing to do with.
Leaders and their minions forget to mention that additional facilities to transship grain and oilseeds will double road transport moving through the city to Mykolayiv Sea Trade Port. Supporting such investments, they must double their efforts to invest more funds to repair and construct roads in the city as well as in the region.
At the same time, NIBULON, implementing its program to revive the Dnipro and the Southern Bug as transport arteries of Ukraine, regularly solves the problem of bad roads in the region as well as in Ukraine. As part of this program, NIBULON constructs cargo fleet, transshipment terminals, dredges the Southern Bug so that grain and later on metals, building materials, crushed stones, sand and others may be transported by water, thereby reducing traffic load on highways.
Due to the implementation of this program, NIBULON annually reduces the number of road transport taken by the transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city. The company transports this volume of grain and oilseeds by waterways. Thus, in 2015, its cargo fleet transported more than 300 thousand tons of grain and oilseeds from Kherson region alone.
In 2016, due to the working terminal in Nova Odesa and the construction of NIBULON’s new transshipment terminal along the Southern Bug, the company plans to reduce grain transportation by road towards Mykolayiv by 550 thousand tons. This will enable NIBULON to eliminate grain carried by road transport making its way to NIBULON’s facility from Kirovograd, Cherkasy, and Kyiv regions. In the current year, the company plans to invest almost USD 30 million to implement this project.
Please note the statistics. In 2013, the number of trucks received by the transshipment terminal was 69 thousand units, in 2014 – 46 thousand, and in 2015 – 33 thousand units. It is obvious that the company is reducing agricultural commodity receipts from road transport.
And minions are expressively stating that NIBULON destroys all roads. It seems all the trucks moving along the territory of Mykolayiv region towards Mykolayiv city are NIBULON’s ones. In reality, our company has only 66 trucks across Ukraine.
One should not forget that Mykolayiv is a transit city. Thousands of trucks with containers loaded with food products, building materials, vegetables, sand, metal, etc. move through Mykolayiv round-the-clock. But who is interested in it? Minions know that all trucks make their way to NIBULON. Asking drivers where they are going, it appears that a percentage of trucks making their way to NIBULON is small.
Concerning FOP Shevchenko’s truck, in summer 2015, an unprofessional official, Roman Khmil, talking either to his friends or someone else, spread the information on broken scales at NIBULON’s transshipment terminal damaged by an overloaded FOP Shevchenko’s truck. “The news” seemed witty to him, and he posted it in Facebook and started to give “expert” interviews. The news was immediately spread, as it concerned the renowned company, and nobody was interested in its reliability.
NIBULON repeatedly stated that, first of all, its scales are not intended for such a weight. Consequently, the transshipment terminal was not able to receive such a truck; secondly, NIBULON’s scales have been operating normally. By the way, our company does not cooperate with FOP Shevchenko. Who is interested in it? They know everything! They saw it with their own eyes!
In order to avoid further insinuations, in September 2015, NIBULON wrote an official letter to FOP Shevchenko, informing that KODA – TVA-80-2 scales were installed at the transshipment terminal. Its nominal workload is 80 tons, and the scales do not receive road transport which gross weight exceeds 80 tons. In this letter, NIBULON addressed itself to the carrier, asking not to exceed workload norms established by the State Traffic Police and the State Highway Agency of Ukraine.
The officials always say the city must be developed as a port city, but they do nothing to solve problems that really prevent Mykolayiv from becoming a port city. The world’s most expensive ship entry at Mykolayiv port, overstated canal dues and a number of other obstacles destroy Mykolayiv region competitiveness and make the city support Odesa ports. As a result, the funds to be allocated to develop our city, agrarian and port sectors are used as subsidies to develop Odesa ports. Completely destroyed roads and the lack of money to repair them do not improve competitiveness of our region and companies. These funds would be useful for our region to repair and construct modern roads.
In the agreement on coalition of “European Ukraine” deputy factions, one of the clauses specifies, “The creation of a long-term strategy to develop high-tech facilities, defining sectors-drivers that will help to create new workplaces, return labour migrants, and to reorient the system of government order in education according to the tasks of the strategy mentioned (2015)”. Isn’t the very NIBULON a company-driver that creates workplaces, for example, for shipbuilders? NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard is the only successfully operating shipyard in Mykolayiv. Thousands of employees are next in turn to get a job at the shipyard.
Though, the Head of the Regional State Administration decided to bury the shipbuilding sector prematurely. (V. Merikov said, “We must stop associating Mykolayiv with a city of shipbuilders; it is a transport hub of Ukraine”). He probably forgot about the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 6, 2009, No. 581-r “On the Approval of Strategy for Developing Shipbuilding Industry until 2020”, where one of its clauses specifies the necessity to involve strategic investors.

It has become modern and trend for some people to name themselves public activists just writing posts in social networks. For some reason, these activists consider themselves to be competent in every field. They think they have the right to blame unreasonably without being responsible for the things said. They are not interested in NIBULON’s real achievements; they aim to serve. Probably, when the road topic is exhausted, these public activists will start protecting “miserable” crucian carps in the Southern Bug.
