NIBULON will have put into operation its new terminal in Buzke village of Voznesensk district by July 01, 2016 (the beginning of new crop receipts). The modern high-tech automated facility will become NIBULON’s third elevator complex in Mykolayiv region and the second transshipment terminal along the Southern Bug.
At present NIBULON actively performs works started on October 16, 2015 with the participation of the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. Pile ramming and excavation works constitute the major part of works for the third week.
Thus, in addition to Gidrotechnologiya Ltd that formed pile fields, Perspektyva-Mykolayiv Ltd and Chornomorgidrobud Ltd joined their Mykolayiv colleagues at the construction site.
These construction companies with three pile driving rigs are ramming piles for the foundations of grain storages No.1, 3, 4. The readiness is 40%, 30%, and 30% respectively. The first pile fields are appearing at the site.
NIBULON’s builders also efficiently work together with their partners so that contractors may start performing new field of operations as quickly as possible.
In particular, the company’s builders are performing vertical planning of the territory: sand transportation and addition. Gradually, meter by meter, the construction site’s territory is evening to the design value, reaching 1.5-2 m of the additional layer. NIBULON has already transported more than 8 thousand m³ out of 18 thousand m³ planned.
The company will soon complete topsoil removal. NIBULON has already removed more than 20 thousand m³ of topsoil out of 26 thousand m³ planned and placed it in long-term storage facilities.
In particular, the company is completing all the preparatory works to move a high-voltage line outside the facility’s territory. Svitolyuks-Elekromontazh Ltd will have moved the distribution line of 10kV by December 18, 2015. This will enable contractors and NIBULON’s builders to continue working in another part of the construction site.
