Summing up the harvesting campaign, we should note its peculiarities this season.
In particular, NIBULON started harvesting a week and a half later than it used to do earlier, thereby affecting execution of works. Thus, NIBULON’s agrarians had to involve additional grain harvesting machines and machinery to transport grain in order to finish works in time and to prevent yield losses because of dead-ripe stage. This year, the company has purchased 10 new Case and John Deere combine harvesters.
In addition, harvesting may be divided in two equal periods. The first one was characterized by heavy precipitation preventing from harvesting. The second period was dry and sunny.
In spite of the fact that the harvesting term was changed and taking into account weather and climatic conditions, the company completed harvesting in time and even eight days earlier than last season. The result is more than just successful.
In the 2015 season, the company’s agrarians harvested a record yield of early grain crops. NIBULON threshed more than 134 thousand tons of grain from an area of more than 31 thousand hectares at the average crop yield of 43.3 dt/ha.
Consequently, the company broke its own grain output record established in 2009 (almost 130 thousand tons of grain). 
NIBULON harvested 115 thousand tons of winter wheat from an area of 26.3 thousand hectares at the average crop yield of 43.7 dt/ha. The gross yield of winter wheat is the highest in NIBULON’s history. 2009 is ranked in 2nd place, when the company harvested 92.3 thousand tons at the crop yield of 48.5 dt/ha.
65 % of grain cultivated by NIBULON is high-class batches.
The top three leaders in harvesting winter wheat are “Snigurivs’ka” branch in Mykolayiv region (more than 14 thousand tons at the crop yield of 50.4 dt/ha), “Khmilnyk” branch in Vinnytsya region (more than 5 thousand tons at the capacity of 54.8 dt/ha) and “Romanivs’ka” branch in Zhytomyr region (almost 3.4 thousand tons at the crop yield of 58 dt/ha).
“Snigurivs’ka” branch has established its croppage record for the last 10 years. The branch has also demonstrated the highest croppage among all NIBULON’s branches. And “Romanivs’ka” branch has demonstrated the highest croppage in the western region.
NIBULON’s agrarians have also achieved high results in cultivating and harvesting winter barley. The average crop yield is 45.1 dt/ha, being the highest one for the last 10 years. NIBULON harvested almost 13 thousand tons of grain on an area of more than 2.8 thousand hectares.
“Snigurivs’ka” has shown the highest result of 53.2 dt/ha.
Concerning winter rapeseed, the company has harvested more than 5.7 thousand tons on an area of more than 1.6 thousand ha at the average crop yield of 34.6 dt/ha this season. This is the second result of winter rapeseed yield in NIBULON’s history. The result of 38 dt/ha achieved in 2013 is still ranked in 1st place.
“Kamyanets’-Podil’s’ka” branch in Khmelnytskyy region has demonstrated the best average yield results – 39 dt/ha.
Currently, NIBULON is moving its machinery involved in harvesting in order to repair it and to prepare for harvesting sunflower and corn.  The company has also purchased 10 Dominioni sunflower reaping machines. NIBULON will use storage hoppers during harvesting of late grain crops. This will optimize this year’s harvesting campaign. NIBULON plans to test storage hoppers this season. NIBULON’s branches will start harvesting late grain crops at the end of August.
The company plans to purchase 8 tractors, 4 wide-cut disc harrows, 4 ploughs, 4 cultivators, 2 high-capacity grain seeders this season.
In addition, the company’s agronomists are involved in preparing soil for sowing winter crops. They will finish works in the second decade of August. At present the company is conducting material security of production; it is purchasing seeds, plant protection agents, protectants, and others.
