The market economy that entered people’s life with its modern requirements for employment sets students serious tasks today. One of them is to find their place in the society, demonstrating highly-professional skills and knowledge, awareness in the information field, flexible attitude to technological changes, sometimes talent and others.
In order to develop motivation and to awake interest in professional activity, modern teachers regularly organize introductory excursions at the leading Ukrainian companies. This stimulates students to study and to decide on future profession.
NIBULON’s modern high-tech facilities are often visited by students. Located in 12 regions of Ukraine, they are rightfully considered to be one of the largest high-tech and aesthetic facilities.
On March 2, 2015, students of Novokakhovka instrument-making technical school (specialty “Maintenance of computer systems and networks”) visited NIBULON’s transshipment terminal of “Kozats’ka” branch (Kherson region).
The youth listened to Mykola Kononov, a mechanical engineer, and Tetyana Yemelyanova, deputy chief accountant, with enthusiasm and found out the history of the terminal’s construction and professional steps of NIBULON’s young team.
While observing the terminal, the students familiarized themselves with its production areas, being surprised at skilful combination of industrial capacity and landscape design. The guests were sharing their impressions with each other and taking pictures.
According to them, they got valuable experience, having visited such a highly-organized facility that can be of primary importance when choosing future profession.
Probably, some of the students will link their labour activity to NIBULON, where particular attention is given to professional education of young people.
