NIBULON being well-known not only in Ukraine but also worldwide always impressed its well-wishers, enemies and indifferent observers with its incredible actions and deeds. Starting practically from point zero, NIBULON, Ukraine’s peer, managed to become the largest holding, a leader of agrarian business, to create a modern shipbuilding yard, to build vessels, when the three largest shipbuilding yards are dying in Mykolayiv city. Totally, the company invested Euro 1.3 billion in economy. By the way, NIBULON’s investment was always oriented not only on profit growth but also on the infrastructure improvement of the sector and Ukraine in whole, for example, the project to revive navigation along three large rivers of Ukraine.
These years were different for the company; someone did not like NIBULON’s successfulness and independence; a lot of people wanted to dominate agribusiness of the Vadaturskyys and then to take away the company. In the country, where state machinery has turned into a mechanism to take away business, only few people managed to overcome these schemes aimed at taking away and destroying business. There was a period, when many people predicted NIBULON such a perspective, as too powerful people wanted business of the Vadaturskyys, in particular, Yanukovych inner circle. But the Vadaturskyys stood up and did not give up due to confidence in their rightness and unbroken character. For 23 years NIBULON has been a law-abiding company, paid taxes, frankly despised “black” and “grey” schemes used by most people in the country. Thus, NIBULON’s employees always knew that truthfulness was on their side, and they would win.
The Vadaturskyys position always provoked if not admiration then respect. And their categorical unwillingness to participate in any political projects surprises.
Unfortunately, Ukraine’s policy became an instrument to solve business issues, to protect business interests, to promote business projects. Parties in our country were created like clubs of economic interests. Thus, political life always consisted in vulgar property redistribution, redistribution of business flows and budget resources under the lee of public fight for electorate showing open populism and demagogy. Thus, Ukrainian policy has too many unprincipled and greedy people without state interests. But, some people went in politics to protect their own business. Neither Oleksiy Vadaturskyy nor his son Andriy Vadaturskyy went into politics to protect family business despite promising propositions from both sides.
NIBULON’s Owner, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy:
– We were born in a village; our parents and ancestors are villagers. My son was born in Trykraty town of Voznesenk district. I started my working biography there. Consequently, we are aware of village life. At present NIBULON is engaged in growing, processing, storage and transportation of grain, construction of its industrial facilities and shipbuilding. We were beyond policy. We did not participate in any parliamentary elections here as well as in Kyiv; though, we received propositions to hold a position of minister and deputy minister. Years of struggle for doing business honestly and developing our company have taught us to be prudent, and close cooperation with international financial structures trained us to diligently keep our unblemished reputation. Thus, we were not interested in politics; on the contrary, we tried to stay away from it. But now everything has changed; now Ukraine is faced with the civilized choice. The next several years will influence the side on which arrows of history swing, whether our country will be an independent country with stable development that appreciates interests of persons, citizens, their life and prosperity, or whether Ukraine will have a buffer zone status with temporal authorities being ready to betray and sell their people and country.
Besides, during years of work and struggle we have seriously and scrupulously studied all the problems in our country to be removed immediately, namely problems existing in tax and social fields, agriculture, leased and land relations, construction, logistics and shipbuilding. We think that agrarian sector must become a motive force in Ukraine’s development, and our company has proved rightfulness of such a choice. We have studied not only agriculture “from top to bottom”. There is no such a sector we had to cope with; gained experience will be useful when reforming state administration.
NIBULON is Ukrainian national company of European level with stable business reputation both in Europe and worldwide. We are aware of world legislation, rules of free trade and relationship of cause and effect in the international business circles. And we know things to be changed in our country so that Ukraine may enter European and world community quickly and painlessly not as a beggar but as a producer and an equal partner.
For our family, Revolution of Dignity is not just words; it is a choice of Ukraine confirmed by blood of people being ready to sacrifice their lives for the sake of liberty and independence of our Motherland, for the sake of deserved future but not slave one. At present our duty is to protect Ukraine from aggression, to help President and new government to reform Ukraine. It cannot be achieved without new people, people of new formation who are not spoilt by the previous authorities. Many politicians have discredited themselves; because of corruption and unscrupulousness, a lot of politicians caused irreparable harm to our country. They must step out.
Taking into consideration democratic changes and struggle with corruption, we could breathe freely and work at ease without disturbances of the previous years. However, politicians who have to become a thing of the past, and, ideally, to be responsible for long-term country destruction are trying to enter new parliament in order to protect interests of oligarchs. The current Verkhovna Rada has declined changes in the election laws, refused elections according to open party lists. Political corrupters are sure that due to money of oligarchs they will be able to buy any district and to use parliament for solving their black issues. It cannot be allowed.
My son and I have created and developed family business. Andriy has perfect European education and high authority in the international business circles. NIBULON’s success and Andriy’s international reputation are our common result. He is a manager of new formation, a person with modern thinking, who else but he must create new society. Consequently, at the family meeting we have decided that Andriy Vadaturskyy would run for Verkhovna Rada. I dedicate all my time to economy sector, agriculture and shipbuilding, implementation of new methods of work in Ukraine. Certainly, it will be difficult to run the company without him, but now our parliament needs him more.

– I run for parliament not to protect our company. For all these years we have proved our ability to defend our company without political patronage, and now we do not need any protection all the more. I run for parliament not to lobby for our business interests; we did not create business to use such methods. I run for parliament not to “earn”; it is not a business project for us, when people spend millions for elections and then take 5-10 millions from the budget intended for Ukraine’s development. We sincerely hope that “earning” time for deputies has passed. If not, we will make efforts to destroy this time. Our common task is to protect Ukraine’s parliament against people with such thinking.
Now we have a very serious, historical and crucial struggle. A struggle among those who try to keep corruption, violation of people’s rights, workless laws, corrupt judges, poverty and absence of prospects for the youth, and those who OPPOSSED REGIME THAT HAD SNEAKED and now in Eastern Ukraine they give their lives for our common civilized future. I finally made up my mind to run for parliament finding out that people who destroyed our economy, our army, our country want to be in power. They created depraved system, where politics was in hands of corrupt dealers not being able to achieve an appropriate result by using honest, legal and official methods. It was disgusting to look at our parliament, politicians, because those who know economy and have access to the definite information are aware of real situation. People said, “Enough!” It is a shame for Ukraine to have such a president and parliament.
Now Ukraine’s President is a person who has CREATED A SUCCESSFUL COMPANY, who knows everything about it. He is a highly educated, INTELLIGENT PERSON who appreciates Ukraine’s interests.
Poroshenko won in the first round of the presidential elections, and it is an unprecedented example in the history of our country. People voted for him, for their choice, for Ukraine as an independent and fair country of equal opportunities, a country of European model. People voted for their future. And now our duty is to help President to bring closer this future. We have no right to stand aside in such a situation, when war is waged against our country, and inside Ukraine there are revenge seekers desiring to be in power in order to save and return feudal and clannish management of Ukraine. At present both the top circles want and lower classes can; President is trying to reform the country, and in their turn people are ready to help him. Consequently, a movement of volunteers and community has appeared. And now we all must clean and remove this grey destructive layer who consciously prevents from cleaning and developing.
However, the country cannot be changed without our participation. At present there are three fronts in our country: the first one is in the East, for independence and territorial integrity, the second front is for fair competent and patriotic authorities, and the third one is for people’s conscious, for their civil position.
We cannot delay reforms not for a month; otherwise there will be crash. In order not to allow this, the next parliament must be a parliament of like-minded persons acting together with our President to save the country in this difficult historical moment, to drag Ukraine from those ruin caused by previous governments, to give impulse for further systemic development due to transformations.
It is time to act; one cannot wait any more and hope for something; either now or never. I am ready to take responsibility. My father has supported me; it is our common decision.
