Several years running NIBULON, a constant participant and repeated winner, was introduced in the rating. Andriy Volik, NIBULON’s deputy general director of navigation safety, participated in the ceremony.
Totally, within the 7th National Maritime Rating there were acknowledged 45 prize-winners in 19 nominations. The winners were recognized according to the rating results based on the operating results of companies.
According to the rating results, NIBULON won the nomination “Fleet Renewal” once again. The specialists acknowledged our investment program, including our shipbuilding victory – St. Mykolai self-propelled floating crane. The experts noted that the floating crane corresponded to the requirements and was the most productive transshipment floating crane in Ukraine which daily capacity was equal to the daily capacity of NIBULON’s transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city.
According to the results of work of shipping companies with sea commercial ports and other transshipment complexes of Ukraine, NIBULON entered the five top best forwarders in the nomination “Forwarder of the Year”.
We would remind you that in 2009 the company won the nomination “Growth Rate” and took second place in the nomination “Absolute Growth”; in 2010 NIBULON became a prize-winner in the nominations “Absolute Growth”, “Growth Rate”, “Fleet Renewal”; in 2011  –  a prize-winner in the nominations “Golden Berth” and “Fleet Renewal”; in 2012 the company won the nominations “Man of the Year in the Water Transportation Industry”, “New Terminal”, “Absolute Growth”. Three years running NIBULON is the only prize-winner in the nomination “Golden Berth”.
Achievement of the year was considered to be the beginning of a large-scale reform in Ukraine’s port industry according to the Law “On Marine Ports of Ukraine”.

Analyzing the results of the last rating, Andriy Volik said that NIBULON’s investment program for many sectoral specialists is an undertaking being acknowledged.
He added, “At present the company is implementing this program and will do it in future. It is pleasant that NIBULON, as the agrarian company, obtains leadership positions in the marine-economic sector. We have announced 2013 and 2014 to be the years of shipbuilding. At our own shipbuilding and repair yard “NIBULON” there is being continued construction of two tugs of POSS-115 project; then the company will start to construct a new series of non-self-propelled vessels of NBL-91 project, tugs of POSS-120 project, self-propelled vessels of “Volgo-Don Max.” class. General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and NIBULON’s team do everything possible to make Ukraine a marine country and not a country at the seaside”.
