The meeting taken place on March 20, 2104 was held within the working visit and familiarity of the officials with the leading companies of the region which have positive experience in operating in modern market conditions.
Mr. Shvayka and Mr. Shandra aimed at familiarizing with the transshipment terminal, its technological processes, technical equipment and NIBULON in whole.
Artem Novohatko, the terminal’s director, familiarized the guests with the terminal’s capacities to store agricultural commodities, principles of its operation and grain acceptance process. The guests visited the production and technological laboratory having observed equipment installed there. They were demonstrated the operation principles of drying, dust-trapping and other equipment.
While familiarizing the guests with the terminal’s capacities as to shipment on water transport, Artem Novohatko mentioned about the company’s project to revive navigation along the Dnipro and the Southern BugRivers being implemented within NIBULON’s powerful investment program.
The terminal’s director mentioned that the project included construction of cargo fleet and transport infrastructure, dredging of limiting water areas and reconstruction of locks.
Summing up the meeting, Igor Shvayka supported and approved NIBULON’s patriotic investment activity. Volodymyr Shandra and other visitors were satisfied with the technological level of the transshipment terminal, its European look and high level of labour organization.
