Always Try to Help is the Principle of “Starobil’s’ka” Branch Operation

1997 became rich in opening of new NIBULON’s production branches in Lugansk region. That year marked the birth of another branch “Starobils’ka” in addition to “Svativs’ka” and “Bilovods’ka” branches.
For 17 years of work, by common efforts of NIBULON’s management and the branch employees, the latter has established a reputation as one of the agricultural leaders of the district and also as an example of qualitative and devoted work, high standard of land use.

“The branch is successful due to our team. Its vital activity is guaranteed by discipline and human relations between us. Besides, our traditions ‘cement’ us: friendship beyond work, common organization of festivities, sports, etc. And professional communication is one of the main factors in our work; it guarantees sharing of experience and current information, also mutual understanding”, mentions Oleksandr Medvedev, an economist.
He adds, “Work is unique because it requires professionalism and efficiency in making decisions, constant improvement, self-training and self-organization. Such tempering is useful beyond work too. People must not be afraid of studying, not be shamed of correcting their own mistakes”.
For Volodymyr Bedenko, a mechanic, the most pleasant memories connected with work are business trips to Mykolayiv city and visit of NIBULON’s transshipment terminal. “Entering the transshipment terminal, it is difficult to describe my impression. I am impressed by the range of our activities, geography of work. Powerful development of our company can be visible to the naked eye. Not without reason NIBULON stands out against a background of other companies by its leadership positions”, he adds.
And for Oleksandr Kramarev, a machine operator, 2009 became the most memorable, when his colleagues and he were recognized as one of the best machine operators at the company and awarded keys from new Case harvesters. “We were proud of ourselves. Not every day you are recognized as one of the best. Today we run these harvesters, perfectly know every part, and we do not have any complaints”, he tells.
Valentyna Antonenko, a chief accountant, tells about importance of her own job, “Accounting is an important instrument to control and analyze economic activity, to make rational decisions. Every task, every report is a professional challenge to be overcome by qualitative and honest work”.
“We, certainly, have plans for future”, mentions Margaryta Lutsenko, a chief economist. “Mostly they are similar with other NIBULON’s branches, are typical for the company, as they provide for the development and implementation of measures to ensure resources saving, their rational use, increase in the efficiency of all types of activities, improvement of detailed analysis of all expenses”.
“At our branch there are carried out regional scientific and practical conferences, seminars”, tells Oleksiy Gnelytskyy, a chief agronomist. “We often invite guests from other regions of Ukraine. Not only agrarians, but also heads of the regional state administrations and district councils, managers of agricultural companies come to us. We demonstrate our fields, machinery, familiarize with our own agrarian traditions, discuss forecasts of sowing and harvesting. In 2013, according to the final results of harvesting campaign of early grain crops, we entered the top three leaders by the branches of the Eastern Steppe”.
Gennadiy Karpunin, a driver, stresses that rush season at the branch starts when a spring thaw comes, and gradually passes into sowing of row drops, harvesting of early grain crops, and does not stop till next season. He adds, “Our work does not stop after field works. Every year the majority of our team together with agricultural machinery leaves for other branches to assist in harvesting and tilling. Our peculiar motto is to help others”.
Our branch helps not only to solve agrarian issues and not only its colleagues. The local community has already felt positive changes due to the implementation of one of NIBULON’s principles – socially responsible business. In particular, in 2013 there was signed a social partnership agreement with the village councils. Within this agreement the community received assistance in the amount of UAH 30 thousand.
The inhabitants note that the branch has a great potential for further successful activity. Thus, in future we plan to expand sowing areas, to increase crop capacity, to create new working places and to train young personnel.
“As for me, an executive position is not just a profession, but it is a calling which sometimes borders on art. I remind it myself every day”, tells Mykola Yunyk, a director. “I have achieved a tandem of such qualities as honesty, purposefulness, exactingness, professionalism due to long-term self-improvement. I appreciated my team for diligence, professionalism, desire to learn something new, and for high moral standards”.

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.

Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.

З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.  

Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».

Одружений, має трьох дітей.
