The branch was established in 2001, it is located on a picturesque bank of the Dnipro River. On joining NIBULON, the branch employees enthusiastically started their work of grain grower. The machinery and truck fleet was renewed straight away; modern agricultural machinery was delivered, and the branch was engaged in cultivating grain and technical crops.
The branch located in Voznesensk district of Mykolayiv region tills almost 4 thousand ha of land. Olena Tricheva is a constant director of the branch.
“My slogan is to manage does not mean to override”, tells Olena Tricheva, a director. “To manage, first of all, means to love and understand people, common cause, land where you live. Though, discipline is one of the main factors of success. I appreciate honesty and diligence. The very persistent human labour is a perpetual motion machine that guarantees the development of any strong and prosperous country”.
Since the branch joined NIBULON, our questions are supported and discussed by the company’s management”, tells Lyubov Kyrylenko, an accountant. “It is easy to work when the team is supported by the branch director and NIBULON’s general director. And when you feel such support it is easier to help others”.
“The team returns honest work for NIBULON’s support”, tells Volodymyr Tkach, an agronomist. “Prybuzhanivs’ka” branch always receives high indices of crop production demonstrating leadership positions in its region and among other NIBULON’s branches. We have our own records among the company’s branches of the Southern region, namely 93 dt/ha of corn in 2013, 70.6 dt/ha of barley in 2009! The branch is provided with agricultural machinery, we receive new modern harvests, tractors, sowing units. Annually, we demonstrate the lowest prime cost of the harvest in the Southern region”.
“Our branch peculiar characteristic is its own subsidiary plot, mentions Anatoliy Moldovanov, an agronomist. “In 2009 we, following the example of “Lidiyivs’ka” branch, created our own greenhouse for cultivating products to provide our employees with lunch. It is very convenient, as the branch is at a distance of 5 kilometers from the nearest settlement, and despite this we are able to cook delicious first courses and vegetable salads”.
Oleksandr Tulchiy, an economist, tells, “We are a part of the large mechanism, where everyone is responsible for the company’s successes. I always try to achieve better economic indices, as they influence on both my and the whole team financial stimulation. The highest result with minimum expenses is our goal”.
“The most pleasant thing in our work is a friendly atmosphere: birthday celebration, picnics, football on weekends became our tradition”, says Sergiy Prodanchuk, an engineer.
“We demonstrate the principle of NIBULON’s work in practice – social responsibility. Our branch assists settlements in Voznesensk district”, tells Natalya Bezruk, an accountant. “We, agrarians, should not forget about people. NIBULON constantly supports pensioners, veterans and assists schools, kindergartens and other institutions”.
“My work is active and provides for constant communication with people. It is good that our young team has such people as Olena Tricheva and General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy to be followed by. These people demonstrate how to work wholeheartedly, to improve yourself”, mentions Sergiy Lysyuk, a powerman.
