The elevator of “Denyhivs’ka” branch stands out against rural landscape. The modern complex can store 76 thousand tons of grain products simultaneously. It is one of best technological facilities of Kyiv region. Every morning Vitaliy Gulko hurries to his work. Vitaliy is 28 years old, and he is a director of NIBULON’s elevator complex in Denyhivka village of Kyiv region. Four years ago when Vitaliy started to work at NIBULON’s transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city, at the berth of the terminal he saw a motor vessel being loaded for export. Beauty and greatness of the motor vessel bounding for an unknown country, coordination of the terminal’s operation impressed Vitaliy greatly. Then he worked at other elevators and construction sites in Poltava, Cherkasy and Kherson regions, “I put much effort and soul into my work at each facility. Construction sites, elevators, river terminals are an important stage of my labour activities, I obtained my knowledge and experience there. I like my work because every day you learn to overcome obstacles, you improve yourself”, tells Vitaliy. Construction of the elevator of “Denyhivs’ka” branch provided local farms with the opportunity to be entities of foreign economic activity supplying grain to Africa, Asia, and other countries of the world. “We set ourselves high aims: each employee of the branch contributes to improvement of economic indices, expansion of the number of our suppliers and partners”, tells Ruslan Sutkovskyy, a chief economist, “When construction had started, nobody thought that the elevator would be constructed in such a short period. Today’s successes are a result of our team’s common activity”. Olga Fedorenko is an accountant with 19 years experience. She started to work for NIBULON having found out about construction of NIBULON’s new elevator complex in her native Denyhivka village. She tells that rate of the facility construction impressed all the inhabitants. “International” construction site, modern machinery and materials – the village began a new life, “NIBULON is very much appreciated. Suppliers respect and trust us. The company created new workplaces, helped the village community”, tells Olga Fedorenko. According to the obligations undertook by NIBULON before construction commencement, the company repaired and equipped the local school with new computer equipment, repaired a facade, reconstructed inner toilets, installed water supply system. The pupils are provided with fresh water, a school yard and Shevchenko Street received new road surface. NIBULON completely reconstructed a local stadium where there are several sports grounds (volley-ball, basket-ball, football grounds, and also running track (100 meter); road surface was laid; changing rooms and new stands were installed. Besides, NIBULON initiated beautification of the territory adjacent to the obelisk “Glory”; the local outpatient department received new doors and windows; streets were illuminated; chapel and cemetery roads were repaired, birch grove was planted, the kindergartens “Svitanok” and “Veselka” received windows and doors; boiler room was repaired. Tetyana Kyslytsya, a secretary, thinks that NIBULON managed to improve the living standards in the village. “On NIBULON coming my life changed. Working for such a company is a good opportunity for professional advancement and gaining of experience. I plan to study and improve myself in future”, adds Tetyana. “I appreciate coordination and mutual assistance in my team. When your work is done, help your colleague. We work as a single team”, stresses Vitaliy Gulko, the branch director.
