In 1995 Liliya Nikitina took a decisive step in her life. The senior specialist of the department of intersectional and foreign economic relations of Lugansk production association of elevator and grain processing industry (now the State Joint-Stock Company “Bread of Ukraine”) took a risk.   Having left her usual job, she started to create the first branches in Lugansk region together with Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, “I want everybody to realize that in the 90s we came to NIBULON not for the sake of high wages or leading positions. When Oleksiy Vadaturskyy suggested to join his team I knew that I would not obtain any guarantees in our country. We worked to create something new and modern in those disorder happened in our country. The way NIBULON looks today is a result of our work. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, a real professional and a leader, is an example for us”. Liliya Nikitina is a constant head of the branch for 18 years. For a long time she has been the only female manager of NIBULON’s branch. At present she often recollects the 90s, when NIBULON had to struggle for its place in the domestic economy, “During this period Ukraine’s market has changed, become more civilized. I have no wish to return to those times”. Yuriy Hudokormov also got a job in NIBULON in the 90s. The head of the oil products department of “Lugansk oblagrotechservis” was attracted by development prospects, dynamism and strategic goals of NIBULON. “For these years the company has become more powerful, mobile”, tells Yuriy, “NIBULON is both self-rigorous and rigorous to others. By personal example we show that successful business should be built honestly and within the legislation”. Today in Lugansk region NIBULON leases 17.8 thousand ha of agricultural land. In this region there operate “Starobil’skyy elevator” Ltd and 6 production branches of the company. “Lugans’ka” branch got a unique opportunity and, at the same time, great responsibility to create a positive image of the company in the region”, tells Tetyana Milyukova, a technologist, “Our successes have been already proved by opening of other branches in Lugansk region. The number of suppliers wanting to cooperate with us increases annually. Not only agrarians of Lugansk region, but also Donetsk agrarians cooperate with us”. Tetyana gives the figures: if in 2011/12 marketing year (MY) 104 suppliers cooperated with the branch, then in 2012/13 MY this figure has increased up to 161. “The suppliers are confident in our branch, trust us and our open pricing policy, accuracy and professionalism during determination of grain product quality”, adds Tetyana Milyukova. The commercial department of the branch is located not in Lugansk city but at NIBULON’s branch in Starobil’sk town, the Eastern logistics heart of NIBULON. Iryna Krutko, a head of the department, started to work at the branch as an accountant in 2001, “When at the beginning of the 2000s everything collapsed, NIBULON operated and continued to develop. Her husband, Yevgeniy Krutko, also came to NIBULON immediately after Iryna. Today he is a deputy director of “Starobil’skyy elevator” Ltd. Enthusiasm and professionalism helped Iryna to become the head of the department. Besides professional achievements, Iryna has three children. And when she seems to give all her strength to work, she finds time for her family. Her children are also goal-seeking like their mother. They win sports and dancing contests. “I thank my colleagues for their professionalism, creative attitude to work and diligence. Each my subordinate is devoted to work, can sacrifice his own time to perform the assigned tasks”, says Liliya Nikitina. “Steady and rigorous Liliya Nikitina makes maximum efforts to create a comfortable microclimate in the team, she always tries to avoid conflict situations”, tells Oleksandr Romanyuk, a legal adviser. As a result, “Lugans’ka” branch showed itself to good advantage that is confirmed by honorary diploma and gratitude. In 2012 the company initiated signing of social partnership agreements with the village and town councils where NIBULON leases agricultural land. In particular, in Lugansk region within social partnership agreements there was provided assistance to the total amount of almost UAH 300 thousand. These funds were directed to repair of roads and monuments, equipment of village councils with computers, repair and purchase of equipment for houses of culture, installation and repair of heating, repair and purchase of furniture, furnishing, equipment and toys for kindergartens, change of windows and repair of schools, assistance to medical institutions, and others. Besides, in 2012 the company allocated UAH 300 thousand for construction of the Cathedral of Tenderness Icon of the Mother of God in Lugansk city. “Each of us is a part of common cause”, stresses Oleksandr Romanyuk, “We are going to carry NIBULON’s name proudly.
