NIBULON is one of the largest domestic producers of agricultural products. An important factor of such a success is not only following the global market tendencies and complexity of farming. The employees and their level of professionalism play a significant role in it. Thus, one of the key principles of NIBULON’s work is to increase professionalism of its specialists constantly that can be achieved due to a regular training. To train the team is a mutually adventurous process: with increase of the staff professionalism the company works more effectively. Taking into consideration NIBULON’s requirements for quality of its own agricultural products, from January 28 till February 1 the chief agronomists of NIBULON’s branches underwent a training course on occupational issues. Teacher Mykola Mulyar, a former dean of the agrarian department of Mykolayiv National Agrarian University, was invited to give classes. The training program, developed by NIBULON’s production department, was held at the transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city. It consisted of both lectures and practical work. The subject of training was agrotechnology, growth of winter and row crops, biological features of cultivation, and others. According to the agronomists, training is not just a motivation, it is an exceptional push which forces to take a fresh look at your profession. They will make use of the experience during their further activities confirming NIBULON to be a pioneer of innovations in the agrarian sector. At present training of other NIBULON’s specialists is being continued. In particular, from November 25 till December 27, 2012 the specialists of the economic analysis and planning department attended the first (out of two) set of lectures where there were discussed occupational issues in the scope of agro-industrial complex and agriculture as a sector of economy, land and material resources and efficiency of their use, motor transport fleet, etc. The second set of lectures which was started on January 22, 2013 is directed to disclosure of peculiarities of work quota and remuneration of labour at the agrarian company.
