One of the main principles of “NIBULON” is not to wait, when a normal investment climate will be created and funds will be allocated, transparent market and benefits in the tax legislation will appear, but to attract investment at own initiative. Adhering to this principle, “NIBULON” has been successfully implementing a patriotic investment program on the revival of the Dnipro and the Southern Bug Rivers as shipping waterways of Ukraine since 2009. Within the project new ultra modern elevators and transshipment terminals are already built and are being built, self-propelled and non-self-propelled fleet is created. That is why today our company has been successful both in Ukrainian and international market. This activity could not remain unnoticed by reputable associations and business organizations, today “NIBULON” is a member of the European Business Association, American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, one of the first members and initiators of the Ukrainian nationwide NGO “Ukrainian Grain Association” and many others. The decision of a meeting of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU) to take “NIBULON” as an associate member of the Federation has become the next logical milestone. “We believe that our collaboration will be a key to improve the competitiveness of domestic producers and the recovery of national economy,” it is said in a letter of General Director of the FEU Ruslan Illichov. The Federation of Employers of Ukraine is Organization of Employers of Ukraine, which represents the interests of employers in economic, social and labor relations with the government and trade unions at national level. Today the FEU consists of more than 70 industrial and regional associations that represent the most significant sectors of Ukrainian economy, including machine building, metallurgy, agriculture, chemical industry, energy, construction, light and food industry, services. Over 5 million employees work at the enterprises that belong to the organizations members of the FEU. The enterprises represented in the FEU, produce in total almost 70% of Ukraine`s GDP. Important principles of formation and development of competitive and transparent business in Ukraine, the removal of defects of the national bureaucracy, improving the existing legislation and its compliance are among the main priorities of the FEU activity in 2012, including: – reducing costs and amount of time for consent document; – ensuring compliance with norms of legislation governing the procedure for including losses of past years into current expenditures and defining the criteria for VAT automatic refund mechanism and the formation of a positive history of VAT taxpayer; – consideration of employers’ propositions in the state budget for 2013 and state programs of development and support of the real economy; – ensuring fair and transparent system of customs value, as well as simplifying the procedure and time of the customs declaration issuance, including by moving to electronic declaration and providing the necessary documents in electronic form; – developing and implementing anti-corruption and anti-raiding Chart of Ukrainian business. These priorities of the FEU activity are approved in the Resolution of the Federation Council of February 20, 2012. By the end of March, members of the FEU plan to adopt an action plan to implement them already this year. The Federation Council approved the list of legislative initiatives, regulations and regulatory documents that are planned to be worked out in 2012. They are mainly documents on tax and customs policy, economy deregulation, social and labor relations. Noteworthy, that our company’s experts are active members of many associations, professional, public and consulting agencies. In particular, given the importance of the task that sets the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, it was decided to establish the Committee for Strategic Initiatives of the FEU. The Deputy General Director for legal and economic issues of “NIBULON” Andriy Vasyl’yev was among the first to become a member of this structure. The task of the Committee is to develop strategic solutions for improvement of large employers’ activity that makes a significant impact on the dynamics of socio-economic development of Ukraine. “NIBULON” supports ideas of ​​ the FEU to consolidate the efforts of Ukrainian employers to improve the business environment, improve the status of Ukrainian business in the world and maintain the balance of public, government and business interest. “NIBULON” in its activities has been adhering to these principles for over 20 years.
