According to the rating of level of tax, duties and obligatory payments for 11 months of the year 2011, “NIBULON” entered the top five of the best enterprises registered in the Specialized State Taxation Inspection to work with large taxpayers in Mykolayiv. In addition, among the best companies SE “Delta-Pilot”, SE “Zorya-Mashproject”, “Mykolayivoblenergo”, Mykolayiv branch of OJSC “Sun Inbev Ukraine”, specialized Sea Port “Oktyabrs’kyy”, “Mykolayiv alumina refinery plant”, LLC “Sandora”, PJSC “Lactalis-Mykolayiv ” were named. According to the Specialized State Taxation Inspection to work with large taxpayers in Mykolayiv during November 2011, taxpayers who are registered in the Specialized State Taxation Inspection to work with large taxpayers in Mykolayiv, paid UAH 152.33 million of taxes, duties and obligatory payments to the consolidated budget of Ukraine. 7.1% of state revenues were provided by “NIBULON”. Thus, the plan of revenues for November 2011 is executed on 105.4%, i.e., the consolidated budget of Ukraine received more of plan task by UAH 7846.7 thousands. Only the creation of partnerships, improvement of tax culture, forming a conscious and competent tax payer is the way for constructive dialogue and a foundation for sustainable economic development of Ukraine, report of the Specialized State Taxation Inspection to work with large taxpayers in Mykolayiv says. An example of such a dialogue is signing of a unique by its significance for Ukrainian business Memorandum of participation in the experiment on the introduction of horizontal monitoring between the State Tax Service of Ukraine and “NIBULON”. Today, “NIBULON” is open for the State Tax Service business, which gives an access to its financial documents and information to it in real time.
