According to the rating of level of tax, duties and obligatory payments for 10 months of this year, the top ten includes 10 enterprises, the largest agricompany of Ukraine according to the “TOP 100” and “GVARDIYA 500”, “NIBULON” is among them.   It was reported by the Specialized State Taxation Inspection to work with large taxpayers in Mykolayiv. The top ten included such companies:  SE “Delta-Pilot”, SE “Zorya-Mashproject”, “Mykolayivoblenergo”, Mykolayiv branch of OJSC “Sun Inbev Ukraine”, “Mykolayiv Commercial Sea Port”, specialized Sea Port “Oktyabrs’kyy”, “Mykolayiv alumina refinery plant”, LLC “Sandora”, LLC “Metallurg”.   Thus, thanks to the large taxpayers, UAH 73 million 666 thousand 900 of taxes, duties and obligatory payments arrived in the consolidated budget of Ukraine during October 2011. The management of the Specialized State Taxation Inspection to work with large taxpayers in Mykolayiv is confident that these results “can be achieved only through effective cooperation, transparent and harmonious relations between taxmen and taxpayers.” Mykolayiv taxmen reassure that as a result of the new format of communication between the Tax Service and business, “they form a strong foundation for mutual trust.”   “NIBULON” can rightly be called a pioneer of the new format of communication between tax authorities and business. A month ago the State Tax Service of Ukraine and one of the leaders of the agricultural market, the largest agricultural company “NIBULON” signed Memorandum of participation in the experiment on the introduction of horizontal monitoring, which is unique by its significance for Ukrainian business. Horizontal monitoring means, primarily, the openness of the company for tax authorities in online mode. Thus today “NIBULON” is an open for the State Tax Service business, which gives an access to its financial documents and information to it in real time.
