October 27, 2011 the next daily briefing was held at the construction site of “Denyhivs’ka” branch. The management of “NIBULON” (headed by Director General Oleksiy Vadaturskyy), the heads of contractor organizations, the head of Denyhivka village Vitaliy Samozvan and the head of district state administration of Tetiyiv Ivan Mikolyuk took part in the daily briefing. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy appealed to the heads of contractor organizations, “Why do we meet every week? Because we all, as professionals, have to coordinate our actions, strictly fulfill our obligations to each other. We give the work, an opportunity to enhance your professional capabilities to you, our partners, in such a difficult time of crisis. I want to thank you for reliable partnership and to express gratitude to the leadership of the region and the head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk personally for created working conditions for all of us.” While inspecting the construction site, the partners evaluated the rate of work performance of each facility, made up a schedule for the next week. We can already say that the pace of construction works is going according to the plan, contractors adhere to the schedules. Currently, 46 organizations are involved at the construction, 12 have already done their work and left the site. Contractors have already received UAH 35.6 million out of the overall estimate of UAH 120 million. In 13 days, main construction works at the facility will be completed. According to the results of daily briefing schedules of work for the next week were made up. 01.11.2011 – PE “Burvod” will complete works on water supply at the facility. 01.11.2011 – JSC “Kyivgas” will complete construction of the pipeline and all gas works in general. 01.11.2011 – JSC “Tetiyivs’kyy PMK -300” will perform works in pump station and will complete construction of fire tanks (performing skirting of the facility at the finish). 03.11.2011 – LLC “Poltavaspetsmontazh” will complete the construction of the galleries and installation of structures of shipment on railway transport department. 03.11.2011 – PE “Crystal 2007” will complete construction works in the fire department – there fire engine will be set instead. 03.11.2011 – LLC “Arhiz” will provide light within the area, will put support blocks of outdoor lighting, a powerful effect of light at the facility will be created. 03.11.2011 – LLC “UKRBAUER” will perform landscaping of external routes (among silos) and turning circle. 03.11.2011 – PE “Rembudlyuks” will install the roof for samplers in administrative and laboratory building, complete construction of the building roof. 03.11.2011 – PE “Vysotnyk” will complete coating of working tower by metal structures. 03.11.2011 – PE “Transsvit” will complete construction of access road. 06.11.2011 – PE “Yevrobudservis” and “Poltavaspetsmontazh” will install two dryers. 07.11.2011 – LLC “UB Zakordonmontazhspetsbud” will complete installation of granaries. Surveyors will arrive to the site (to check vertical of the silos) at the same time with the installation, also experts will come to verify the fairness and strength of fastening bolts. Also on 03.11.2011 landscaping will be done at the maximum possible area of ​​the facility, in particular near the house for visitors, railways, granaries. For this purpose 50 people from among the local population will be recruited and involved in the work. Meanwhile, reconstruction of stadium and repair of the school is being continued in the framework of social agreements concluded between “NIBULON” and village council of Denyhivka. The main volume of the works will be completed on 03.11.2011. While inspecting the construction site, Ivan Mykalyuk said, “I’m personally impressed by the pace and scope of works. The most important is the fact that all works are carried out qualitatively and in time. I would like to express gratitude to “NIBULON” and all builders. I`m impressed that we meet a tight schedule.” Indeed, the pace of work is powerful, schedules are intense. But “NIBULON” used to evaluate their construction partners not for promises, but for the works performed. We are grateful to contractors because due to their joint actions we prove that the investment attractiveness of Ukraine is high and competitive, we can quickly and efficiently build in Ukraine.
