On the 6th of July, 2011 a meeting of the Head of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration Sergiy Ryzhuk and General Director of “NIBULON” Oleksiy Vadaturskyy was held.   Deputy Head of Regional State Administration for agribusinessMykola Deysan, heads of administrations and councils of the districts, where “NIBULON” now tills the land, took part in the meeting. Currently, the company tills about 11 thousand hectares of land in Zhytomyr region.   The Head of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration received the General Director of “NIBULON” in Zhytomyr region warmly. Sergiy Ryzhuk and Oleksiy Vadaturskyy have normal business relationship for a long time. Sergiy Ryzhuk supported the development of “NIBULON” in 2002-2004, when he held the position of Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine. General Director of “NIBULON” and Governor of Zhytomyr region as real partners discussed constructively issues related to the development both Zhytomyr region and the Ukrainian economy as a whole.   In particular, future plans as to construction of a modern elevator in Velyki Korovyntsi village of Chudniv district were discussed. The construction of the new facility will be started in the near future.   Oleksiy Vadaturskyy noted that “NIBULON” plans to take in corn of this year’s crop on the new elevator in V. Korovyntsi village. The company plans to build its elevator in Ruzhyn district also.   Discussion of the company’s development prospects in Polissya region was also very important, there are favorable conditions for breeding in Polissya region. “NIBULON” began to put in order the livestock complex that unfortunately was brought to the poor condition by previous owners. The company also renewed a line of sausages production that are produced without any additives, enzymes and meat products of dubious origin, but only from animal products, grown by the company.   During the meeting there were also discussed problems that “NIBULON” faced in the process of purchasing property of reformed Public State Enterprise “Ukraine”. As a result of three years court competition the legitimacy of “NIBULON’s” actions was recognized by legal decision of the highest instance. Currently, “NIBULON” should receive monetary compensation for the fact that within 3 years the property was unlawfully used by another enterprise.   “This is not a point of money, it’s the point of honor. The company will send the funds as they come for the needs of schools and kindergartens. Thus children of Ruzhyn district will receive UAH quarter million,” Oleksiy Vadaturskyy says.   The Head of Ruzhyn administration Vasyl’ Bondarchuk and the Head of Ruzhyn district council Boris Khodakivskyy gladly supported the decision of “NIBULON’s” General Director.   On behalf of the Governor, Deputy Head of Regional State Administration for agribusinessMykola Deysan held a working meeting with the management of Ruzhyn district, two-month plan on registration of ownership, sale of property and division of the above-mentioned areas was developed there.   In turn, General Director of “NIBULON” invited the Governor for solemn opening of meat-processing plant in Bystryk village in 2 months.   “NIBULON’ compares favorably with other investors in issues of farming standards, animal husbandry, development of social sector,” Deputy Head of Regional State Administration for agribusinessMykola Deysan says. “There are no other investors with such a systematic approach in the agricultural sector of our region.”   Oleksiy Vadaturskyy thanked the regional and district authorities for the effective resolution of issues concerning the implementation of investment program in the construction of elevators and Chudniv and Ruzhyn districts and for the humane treatment of investors and “NIBULON” in particular.   Zhytomyr Governor Sergiy Ryzhuk noted that he, as an experienced business manager and ardent patriot of his native land with special attention monitors and supports the activity of “NIBULON” in Zhytomyr region and promised to continue to assist in solving problem issues that the company will face in the process of its formation in the region, “All necessary conditions, to ensure that our region is investment-attractive not for “NIBULON” only, but also for other investors in the region, are created.”
