The second Т3500 project tug (order 10011)
The shipyard’s specialists are adjusting systems and mechanisms of the engine room and water treatment space. At the same time, the specialists complete performing finishing works and installing furniture in the living accommodation. Next week, it is planned to carry out adjustment of a propulsion unit and deck machinery with the participation of foreign specialists. After completion of trials, the multipurpose seagoing tug will be put into operation.
The first POSS-115 project tug (order 10028)
The shipbuilders are testing bottom and side fitting and preparing to install a propulsion unit. In the engine room, main switchboard and diesel generators are being mounted. Meanwhile, the shipbuilders are mounting deck machinery (a towing winch, coupling winches, anchor single windlasses) on the upper deck. Pre-insulation outfitting and ventilation pipes are being installed in the living accommodation. NIBULON’s specialists are preparing to set up the system to lift the pilot house.
The second POSS-115 project tug (order 10029)
NIBULON’s shipbuilders continue forming the tug’s strength hull. The vessel’s afterbody is already ready. So the shipbuilders are preparing compartments for approval. The vessel’s forebody is being formed.
The third POSS-115 project tug (order 10030)
The new workshop continues producing sections of the vessel’s strength hull.
The fourth POSS-115 project tug (order 10031)
The shipbuilders continue producing sections of the vessel’s hull, as well as cutting metal to produce sections.
The self-propelled P-140 project floating crane (order 10032)
The shipbuilders keep assembling two units of the starboard bottom sections. The assembly and fabrication workshop is welding parts of the other bottom sections. At the same time, the specialists are processing metal to produce other sections of the 140-m vessel. The order provides for 214 sections.
We would remind you that on September 8, on the birthday of Mykolaiv which celebrated its 229th anniversary, NIBULON presented an incredible water show performed by its multipurpose seagoing tug of the T3500 project. The show received a large number of positive comments, as well as applause. On September 21, NIBULON-100 for the first time unmoored a vessel from the company’s terminal in Mykolaiv.
