In addition, the shipbuilders conduct dock repairs of Lidiyivskyy tug and finish preparing passenger vessels for scheduled trips. The vessels are being approved by the Shipping Register of Ukraine.
The first non-self-propelled B5000 project tug (manufacturing order No. 10026)
The shipbuilders are installing rubber seals on the third hatch cover and getting a hatch cover opening and closing system up and running. At the same time they are welding outfitting of a gunwale of coaming of the second hold; they are also cleaning and painting the fourth hatch cover. The shipyard’s specialists are preparing to put the vessel into operation.
The second non-self-propelled B5000 project tug (manufacturing order No. 10027)
The specialists finish forming the strength hull of the vessel. Its forebody and afterbody are being jointed. All the spaces are being tested for tightness. The shipbuilders are preparing the outer plating of the hull’s forebody for cleaning and painting. Upon performing the above-mentioned operations, the vessel will be launched for outfitting.
The first and the second Т3500 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10010 and No. 10011)
The forebody of the strength hull has been installed on the first tug. The rudder propellers from Rolls-Royce (Finland) have been installed in the vessel’s aft. The shipbuilders are assembling the hull structures adjacent to rudder-propellers. Meanwhile, auxiliary diesel generators have been installed in the engine room; the main engines have also been installed. The specialists are installing pipes of ballast and drainage systems, as well as the branches of bottom and side fitting.
At the same time the shipbuilders are forming the hull of the second tug. The assembly and fabrication workshop keeps producing assemblies and hull sections of the forebody of the vessel’s hull.
Welded outfitting is being installed in the pilot house of the first tug. The specialists continue forming the hull of the vessel’s superstructure on open air.
The first and the second POSS-115 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10028 and No. 10029)
The metal processing workshop keeps cutting metal to produce hulls of the first two tugs. The specialists of the assembly and fabrication workshop have started assembling units of the tug’s hull sections.
