At the same time the shipbuilders have started dock repairs of Lidiyivskyy tug. They continue constructing six complete vessels.
The first non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10026)
The shipbuilders are installing rubber seals on hatch covers, as well as getting a hatch cover opening and closing system up and running. They are welding outfitting of a gunwale of hold coamings; the cargo holds are being cleaned and painted.
The second non-self-propelled В5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10027)
The specialists finish forming the vessel’s forebody. The formed spaces of the forebody of the second 100-m vessel are being approved and tested; the shipbuilders are preparing them for cleaning and painting. In the meantime, electric installation work in the vessel’s afterbody is being continued. Upon jointing of the half-hulls and painting, the vessel will be launched.
The first and the second Т3500 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10010 and No. 10011)
The shipbuilders finish forming the strength hull on the first tug. The specialists are preparing to install rudder propellers from Rolls-Royce (Finland) in the afterbody. The branches of bottom and side fitting are being installed in the engine room.
Sliding doors will be installed on the vessel soon. They will allow a crew to move into adjacent compartments through a waterproof partition.
At the same time, the shipbuilders keep forming a hull of the second multipurpose tug.
Bending work on the production of bulwarks is being finished in the metal processing workshop. Assemblies and hull sections of the second vessel’s forebody are being produced in the assembly and fabrication workshop, as well as a pilot house of the first tug. The specialists of mechanical and fitter workshop continue producing welded outfitting.
The specialists of assembly and pipeline workshop prepare to load equipment of the propulsion unit and auxiliary diesel generators on the vessel.
The first and the second POSS-115 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10028 and No. 10029)
The metal processing workshop keeps cutting metal to produce hulls of the first two tugs. It is planned to launch and put these vessels into operation in 2018.
