On the 23rd of June, 2010 there was Regional Scientific Conference on the harvesting of 2010 and sowing of winter crops of 2011 harvest at the “Starobil’s’kyy elevator” of “NIBULON”. The conference became a master-class from “NIBULON”. It was held at the highest regional level and whipped up more than 200 participants. In particular,  the first deputy governor of Lugans’k E.M. Vazovskyy,  the first deputy chairman of the Lugans’k regional council E.N. Harin, deputy governor of Lugans’k on agriculture O.P. Ol’shanskyy, and heads of agricultural enterprises and heads of departments of regional structures took part in the conference. General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine O. O. Vadaturskyy together with Deputy General Director of the company A.U. Syrovatko, staff of “Starobil’s’kyy elevator” met the guests. The conference program consisted of discussions about the harvesting and sowing of winter crops and the practical part. The part included (based on “Starobil’s’kyy elevator” of “NIBULON”) analysis of the features of receiving this year crop, introducing to the process of laboratory analysis of grain, “NIBULON’s” harvest and transport inclose demonstration and others. Apart, participants were introduced to the investment program of “NIBULON” on the revival of navigation along the Dnipro River, the Southern Bug River and other rivers of Ukraine. Guests were shown exposition of the company; it demonstrates investment achievements of the company and future plans. The participants visited a local farm “Don” fields and saw there winter wheat crops; they also got familiar with Starobil’s’kyy plant of industrial products and its production process. During the conference delegates took part in unveiling of the monument to prominent resident of Starobil’s’k P.I. Alistratov, who was the founder of the local wrestling school. There was the plenary session at the end of the conference. Speaking to delegates and guests, O.O. Vadaturskyy once again stressed on the necessity of the growing of high quality wheat in Ukraine, need to fight with corn-bug, he told about price formation process for agricultural products in the world, and answered questions from farmers of Lugans’k region. The results of the conference were clear and common to everybody. They were sounded by the deputy governor of Lugans’k E.M. Vazovskyy: “I think that Ukraine is “doomed” to grow grain of the highest class and has to regain the deserved title of breadbasket of Europe”.
