Manufacture of parts of electric-fitter outfit has been started; besides, production of foundations, gears, and also couplings, and flanges (for pipe production) is being continued.
Installation of pipes is being performed in the double-bottom compartments of the units No. 20, 30, 40 and also in the engine room.
The most complicated hull structures – afterbody edge (unit No.10) and forebody edge (unit No.50) will be formed soon.
Afterbody edge: assembly of outer shell plates is being finished; the unit is being prepared for installation on the stocks of the shipyard.
Forebody edge: welding of outer shell plates is almost finished; the unit is being prepared for installation on the stocks of the shipyard.
Concerning other hull works on the vessel, last week the shipbuilders started to manufacture assemblies of the unit No.90 (smoke pipes); there was laid the unit No.60 (afterbody of the superstructure); production of sections No.84 and 85 was continued (towknees).
At present the total readiness is almost 25 %!
As about NIBULON-6, hull works are being continued on the vessel. The main progress is the following: upper part of the unit No.20 (sides and deck) has been canted; sections No.84 and No.85 (towknees) are being manufactured. The plant “Leninska Kuznya” has to process less than 7 % of metal.
