We deeply sympathize with relatives, friends and colleagues of Ihor Stroievyi, an employee of Hidrotekhmontazh Ltd, who tragically died as a result of an accident at the construction site.
However, we assure you that we take all the necessary measures to create and secure safe working conditions at every working place of our company. 
Every year we construct several facilities at the same time, so there can be up to 2,000 employees from more than 150 outsourced subcontracting organizations at the construction sites.
The contracting organizations themselves are responsible for ensuring, observance and fulfillment of the requirements of all applicable regulatory acts on occupational health, fire safety, environmental protection during construction works, on the territory of our company as well.  These terms are stated in the agreements between our company and the contractors (contracting organizations).
In addition, contracting organizations are required to have documents confirming their ability to perform certain work, namely: the permit of the State Service of Ukraine on Labor to perform work and perform operations with high-risk equipment, a license to perform construction works, orders for responsible persons for safe work performance, etc.
In turn, NIBULON also fully fulfills all the necessary conditions in accordance with the applicable law on labor protection.
In particular, before the start of the work we:
–          carry out introductory briefings on occupational safety issues with each employee of our company, as well as with each employee of contracting organizations;
–          receive operation certificate to perform construction and installation works on the territory of the operating facility;
–          receive a permit to perform excavation works, if the works are carried out.
In addition, on a daily basis NIBULON’s specialists in occupational health and fire safety carry out operational control over the compliance of the company’s employees and contractors with the requirements for the safe work performance in order to prevent accidents at the production site. During weekly production meetings we pay attention of the heads of the contracting organizations to the need for strict compliance with the occupational health requirements by their employees.
We call on the heads and employees of the contracting organizations we cooperate with to comply strictly with all requirements and safety rules when performing any type of work and equipment operation. Life of every person is priceless!
