At present, NIBULON is not only engaged in construction of industrial facilities. In 2017, we started a new social project within which we build dwellings for NIBULON’s employees. In particular, NIBULON built two dwellings worth of more than UAH 6.13 million in 2017 and transferred them to employees of “Maryanivs’ka” branch in Hrebinka town (Poltava region). The company has already started to build two houses in Snihurivka town (Mykolaiv region) and has designed a house for four families in Hlobyne town (Poltava region).
– Despite the fact that we started to construct dwellings in 2017, the company has been implementing its program to provide its specialists with dwellings for many years, says Larysa Buryk, deputy general director of personnel. – When moving to a new place of work, an employee is paid money, and compensation for rental housing is set; cost of food is partially compensated. After 5 years of work in leadership position, the company buys the dwelling at its own expense if a young specialist wants to stay in the chosen region. To date, the company has already bought 60 flats and houses for its employees.
