On December 10, 2013, at Mykolayiv Academic Drama and Musical Comedy Ukrainian Theatre there was held the Employers’ Forum organized by Mykolayiv Regional Center of Employment together with social partners. This year the event was held under the motto “Course of stable cooperation”.
Addressing to the participants and guests, Volodymyr Lusta, acting head of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, stressed that the forum had gathered the best employers of the region, an elite of those who ensure stable situation on the labour-market.
NIBULON is well known in Mykolayiv region as well in Ukraine not only as one of the leading agricultural producers and investors, but also as a socially responsible employer.
Thus, the Forum’s organizers have acknowledged the company as one of the best employers of the region and awarded diploma of the regional employers’ organization. And the employees of NIBULON’s branches (Bashtans’ka”, “Snigurivs’ka”, “RE Lidiyivs’ke”, AK “Vradiyivs’kyy” Ltd) were recognized for their considerable contribution to the social and economic development of the region, fruitful cooperation in implementing the state’s employment policy.
Oleksandr Shpyl, a head of the regional employer organization, congratulated NIBULON’s employees having emphasized their significant role in preserving labour potential, implementing modern production technologies and promoting positive image of the region.
At present NIBULON continues to develop dynamically, mastering new sectors and creating new workplaces. A striking example is the shipbuilding and repair yard “NIBULON”, the company’s new undertaking. On in-depth reconstruction completion, at the shipyard there will be created 350 workplaces – a serious contribution to the employment of Mykolayiv citizens.
We would remind you that in 2012 NIBULON joined the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.
In March 2013 Mykolayiv Regional Center of Employment and P.Mohyla Black Sea State University acknowledged the company as one of the best employers in the region.
