NIBULON’s management has learned about the fact that NIBULON is allegedly involved in financing and operation of the Agrarian party from the media. We officially state that this information is unreliable. We ask not to identify this political party with NIBULON’s activity or with its owners.  
This kind of articles represents a compilation of a series of fake and repeatedly denied articles; it’s obvious that they are ordered. For 25 years we have used that the mass media spread different pieces of news aimed at connecting particular political force with NIBULON either wishing to harm NIBULON’s reputation or reputation of its owners or before any kind of election campaigns. This is one of the simplest political strategies that provides for manipulation of voters’ conscious using names and reputation of other people in order to get desired recognition. At present NIBULON’s management is focused on implementation of its investment project (as part of cooperation with the European Investment Bank and other European banks) which provides for reconstruction of its shipbuilding and repair yard in Mykolaiv, construction of new cargo vessels, and construction of the transshipment terminals along the Dnipro River. In particular, construction of two new terminals in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia region is in full swing. Overall, we plan to invest up to USD 200 million in development of infrastructure and Ukraine’s economy in the next 2-3 years.
Of course, we sometimes have questions about professionalism of journalists and editors of the media that publish false and obviously ordered information without any attempts to clarify the position of our company. To this end, we decided to familiarize ourselves with the information about the website of Ukrainian Independent News Portal, which had published the fake information entitled “A Secret Plan of Vadaturskyy. Selected”.  Thus, there are two addresses in Kyiv and Moscow in “Contact” section and a list of editorial staff which contains biography and links to pages in Russian social network of every employee in “About Us” section. If you go to these pages, you can see that everybody of them posted the one (and only article) in March 2015 and it concerned advertising drug addiction treatment. We think that there is no need to explain who has been creating the following pages since 2014 and what it is done for.
