Poltava region leads in the number of NIBULON’s facilities. 7 inland silos and river terminals operate here. “Romodan” branch, a complex to receive, dry, store and to ship grain, demonstrates good performance. When NIBULON put into operation the complex in 2009, the inhabitants of Romodan village received positive changes which they had been waiting for a long time. Earlier their land was covered with weeds; potential investors were absent.
NIBULON’s elevator complex located in the suburb of Romodan village was constructed according to the highest world standards and equipped with the most up-to-date technological equipment that enables it to receive 5 thousand tons of grain and oil crops daily, to dry grain by using equipment of the renowned producers and to ship 5 thousand tons of grain.
“We are constantly improving ourselves in terms of technique aspect”, says Oleksandr Grynenko, the elevator director. “Recently, in addition to two Mathews grain dryers, we have installed an additional drying unit produced by Cimbria Unigrain A/S. Thus, we have additional capabilities to dry grain; thereby our partners, agricultural producers can change harvesting terms. I would like to note that NIBULON’s management always considers the initiatives of its specialists and assists in implementing them”.
Initiative, vitality and professionalism bring good results; “Romodan” branch is increasing its production indices from year to year. The 2013/14 marketing year was particularly successful for the branch, as it received 153 thousand tons of grain and oil crops (corn comprised the major part of products procured – 123 thousand tons). During the three quarters of the current marketing year, the branch received 102 thousand tons of grain crops. NIBULON’s flexible pricing policy and fair purchasing prices guarantee success.
The employees have well-paid job and European working conditions due to NIBULON. At present 93 employees not only from Romodan but also from neighbouring villages as well as from Myrgorod work at the elevator. We appreciate professionalism and responsibility demonstrated by Mykola Sytnyk, a powerman, Vitaliy Derevyanko, a locksmith (a mobilized soldier), Yaroslav Zuenko, a foreman, Nataliya Radchenko, a laboratory engineer, Svitlana Fedorenko, deputy chief accountant, and others. In its turn, NIBULON provides deserved working conditions and wages to its employees to support their families.
People’s lives have been improved. The company allocated money to gasify settlements and to repair roads. NIBULON constantly assists social institutions. It actively participates in solving passenger transportation problems in the district. We appreciate grain growers. From times immemorial crop farming has been appreciated in Ukraine. Ukraine faced difficult times, and the very grain growers were a talisman for Ukrainians.
