NIBULON’s management headed by the General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy always cares for all aspects of the employees’ lives. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy calls on people to lead a healthy lifestyle. He supports initiators and enthusiasts who want to make life of their colleagues more interesting and meaningful in order to relax from production tasks and anxieties.
There are a lot of examples concerning this. In due time, enthusiasts initiated creation of a football team to participate in the contests so that the most talented amateurs may demonstrate their skills. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy supported this idea and invited a professional coach and several professional players to improve sports results. The team participated in the local contests.
In general, NIBULON’s sports life is an interesting theme. There are a lot of examples demonstrating how enthusiasm and initiative are supported by people. In 2000, initiated by the employees of “Snigurivs’ka” branch, there was created men’s volleyball team consisted of landlords and NIBULON’s employees. The company purchased sportswear and sports goods for the players. 
The team achieved success; several times it took prize-winning places in the district contests; the volleyball players participated not only in the district and regional contests. Sports diversified people’s lives, and two years ago women’s volleyball team appeared there, demonstrating high results. Taking into account different cultural events, Shyroke village is one of the best in organizing leisure time in Snigurivka district.
In Mykolayiv city, NIBULON’s employees are interested in self-defense. They are trained at the highest professional level by Dmytro Kamorkin, a repeated karate champion of Ukraine, Europe and World.
At present the company is repairing a sports hall located in the territory of NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard. After repair, the sportsmen will train themselves in better conditions.
Stetsivka village in Cherkasy region is proud of its football team “NIBULON-Dnipro”. “Chygyryn” branch provided football players with sportswear. The company purchased 20 sets of sportswear and allocates funds so that the football team may participate in the contests. In 2014, the team demonstrated a wonderful result, having won a Cup of Chygyryn district. People are going in for basketball; there was also held an indoor soccer tournament with the participation of teams from Chygyryn, Zolotonosha, Kamyanka, Vitove.
Thanks to the initiative of Mykola Grushenko, a chief mechanic, “Prybuzhanivs’ka” branch (Mykolayiv region) has an active football life. Due to the branch assistance, the team participates in all contests held in Voznesensk district. As a result, it takes prize-winning places there.
“Maryanivs’ka” branch (Poltava region) had a futsal team that participated in the contests of Grebinkivka district, and then on its basis there was created a football team.  In 2013, it became a silver medalist of the Ukrainian Championship among the All-Ukrainian Sports Society “Kolos”. Due to NIBULON’s assistance, the players received several sets of professional sportswear of almost UAH 25 thousand.
The volleyball and futsal teams consisting of the branch employees were created in 2011 at “Kremenchuts’ka” branch (Poltava region), initiated by the branch administration. A sports ground was built in the adjacent territory. That year NIBULON’s team was a winner among Poltava teams.
Since 2010, the management of “Kamaynets’-Podil’s’ka” branch (Khmelnytskyy region) initiated creation of football team adored by fans and respected by rivals in Kamyanka-Podilskyy district.
The company has professional sportsmen. In particular, several employees at “Reshetylivs’ka” branch (Poltava region) are professional players, and V. Semergey, a deputy head of sales department, is a coach of “Rokyta” football team.
