On July 23, NIBULON signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Partnership with the State University of Trade and Economics (SUTE).

At the opening of the meeting dedicated to the signing of the Memorandum, Rector of the State University of Trade and Economics Anatoliy Mazuraki noted that in 2025, the university ranks among the top three universities in Ukraine in terms of the number of applications submitted, and its graduates are successfully employed across all sectors of the national economy.
Representing NIBULON, Yana Romanenko, HR Director of the company, signed the document. In her welcoming speech, she highlighted the high demand among agricultural companies for qualified young professionals who will be motivated to return to their native regions and contribute to local development by applying advanced global technologies, up-to-date academic knowledge, and practical skills acquired, in particular, through the cooperation between our company and the university.
The meeting concluded with a brief tour of the university campus, led by Natalia Prytulska, First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and Oksana Nazarenko, Director of the SUTE Career Development Centre.
