One of the main tools for implementing sustainability principles in our supply chain is the Supplier Code of Conduct (hereinafter referred to as the Code), which outlines NIBULON’s expectations regarding responsible resource use, respect for human rights, safe and healthy working conditions, and anti-corruption measures.
This document not only establishes clear rules but also promotes essential ESG principles among our partners.
The Code is mandatory for all suppliers, contractors, and partners working with NIBULON. It covers three key areas:
- Environmental Responsibility: efficient use of natural resources, emission control, water resource protection, and biodiversity preservation.
- Social Responsibility: respect for human rights, prohibition of forced and child labor, safe working environments, and equal opportunities for all employees.
- Business Ethics and Compliance: zero tolerance for corruption, protection of confidential information, fair competition, and avoidance of conflicts of interest.
The Code provides a foundation for fair, transparent, and trustworthy relationships. It is important to us that all our partners adhere to these high standards, as they help build trust, stability, and mutual success.
Our supplier selection process is open and fair, focusing on product safety, service quality, reputation, experience, and commitment to supporting sustainable development. Failure to comply with the Code’s requirements may result in the termination of business relationships.
To promote transparency and quick action in addressing potential violations, the company operates a Whistleblowing Line – a confidential channel for reporting misconduct or breaches
