NIBULON, as a socially responsible company, systematically supports educational institutions and pays attention to training the next generation of professionals in Ukraine’s agricultural production sector, providing internship opportunities and developing dual education programs in collaboration with specialized higher education institutions.

Uman National University is one of the company’s oldest partners in training young specialists in technological and engineering fields.

In early October, during Freshers’ Week, representatives from NIBULON’s HR Department visited the university and participated in a meeting with university leadership and experts on student practice and dual education.

During the discussion, the parties talked about key educational reforms currently underway, as well as new opportunities in material and technical support that will help improve the quality of training for young specialists.
