In less than a year, NIBULON has fully recouped its nearly $1 million investment in a digital twin for 23 grain elevators, developed on the ERP platform of Ukrainian IT company IT-Enterprise.
This initiative is part of NIBULON’s broader strategy, which focuses on automation, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. The results are already evident:
- Grain losses have been reduced to just 1%
- Manual labor needs have dropped from 80-100 to 20-30 workers per elevator
- Full automation of grain handling processes – from intake to shipment, including quality control and resource management
“We’ve enhanced quantitative and qualitative accounting processes and automated every stage – from grain intake to shipment – with full control over quality indicators and resource usage,” said Mykola Riasko, CIO of NIBULON.
Another key benefit is increased transparency for partners: grain quality analytics and service requests are now easily accessible via the NIBULON App.
NIBULON proves that digital transformation is not just about adopting new technologies – it’s about delivering tangible results today.
