During the General Meeting held on the company’s anniversary, we do more than review the annual performance of our departments. By tradition, we also present the NIBULON’s Pride awards to those who have achieved the most outstanding results.

This year, we also launched a new recognition program for employees – Guardians of Values. This initiative honors those who embody the core virtues of NIBULON. What makes it unique is that any NIBULON employee can nominate a colleague whose daily work inspires them. The winners are chosen by the NIBULON employees themselves through a company-wide vote.
Here is a brief look at our colleagues’ achievements. Stay tuned, as we will be sharing more detailed stories about each winner’s contribution in the coming months!
