Vsevolod brings over 20 years of experience in managing and implementing international projects, including 15 years in humanitarian demining across Somalia, Mali, Libya, and Ukraine (since February 2022). Throughout his career, he has served in Ukrainian state institutions, including the State Aviation Administration and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, as well as the State Company Ukroboronservice. There, he gained extensive expertise in preparing and executing humanitarian demining projects.
Vsevolod graduated from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University with a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages. Additionally, he studied International and European Integration at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
He also completed training at military unit A2641 in Kamianets-Podilskyi — the 143rd Joint Training Center “Podillia”, which operates under the Support Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Vsevolod holds an IMAS EOD Level III qualification, authorizing him to independently identify, disarm, and dispose of a broad spectrum of ammunition, including complex and deep-buried ordnance.
At NIBULON, Vsevolod will coordinate the demining department’s operations. His primary focus will be on developing and enhancing strategies for the clearance and release of mined territories in Ukraine, ensuring the effective execution of operational plans, and liaising with government agencies, mine action operators, and other key stakeholders.
