On October 7 2011, branches of “NIBULON” were attended by representatives of Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies. Teachers and students of the University (45 people) during the visit inspected the main division of the company – the transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv and the transshipment terminal of “Novoodes’ka” branch (Mykolayiv region). For most of the teachers it was not the first acquaintance with the company, in 2005 they already visited Mykolayiv terminal. Moreover, this educational institution is a profile one for the company, that is why its students always have their practice at the branches of “NIBULON”, they are provided with further employment. Each year more than 30 students join the young “NIBULON’s” team and this is not the limit. The company is ready to employ all young professionals who have enthusiasm and desire to achieve career growth and develop professionalism in their chosen specialty. Another good example of close cooperation of “NIBULON” and the educational institution is the fact that in 2010, the company filed a formal request for annual training of young specialists with a specialization in “Technology of storage and processing of grain” in the amount of 50 people. Students of various faculties of the institution are in trainingwithin the 5-year contract for traineeship in the company. During the excursion the guests got acquainted with production processes and principles of organization of branches’ work. The emphasis was on getting acquainted with the technical equipment, work of the equipment, including grain dryers of “NIBULON’s” old partner, the Danish company «CimbriaUnigrain». The issue of high-speed drying of grain, active ventilating of grain was considered, possibilities of the improvement of operating equipment were analyzed. The guests had a constructive dialogue with representatives of “NIBULON”, Deputy Director General for personnel Larysa Buryk and chief engineer of the company Oleg Pidgorodets’kyy,and made their proposals as to the cooperation, particularly in the sphere of ​​technical support of the production process, improvements in determining the quality of grain and oilseeds. So soon we can expect continuation of cooperation with experts from the Academy and joining of young and experienced professionals to the professional “NIBULON’s” team.
