The construction works will be completed soon. The number of the contractors, as well as the number of their employees is steadily increasing at the construction site of 3 ha in order to fulfill all the obligations undertaken by all the contractors within the specified time limits.
The foundations for four silos and galleries are constructed. As it has been already mentioned, the specialists are mounting the metalware. They are mounting four silos (14-17). SpetsMontazhInzhynirynh Ltd. (Kremenchuk) and Grain Capital-Engineering (Odesa) are mounting metalware of the grain storage facilities. Each company is mounting 3 silos of 7.2 thousand tons. It should be mentioned that at the company’s facilities the silos with such storage capacity are installed for the first time. The company installed mainly silos of 5 thousand tons at its elevator complexes. The total weight of metalware of the silos is more than 403 tons.
FRAME S.R.L. (Italy) is a supplier of silo equipment for NIBULON’s elevator complex. Its supervisor personally controls the process of silo mounting at the construction site of the transshipment terminal.
The headhouse (four floors) is half-built. The specialists ate finishing the installation of rebar cages for the slab of the berth, which will be expanded to 222 m during the reconstruction.
Among other construction companies engaged in the construction process are: Kondratiuk Self-Employed Individual (Mykolaiv) – foundations for transport galleries: Vzaiemodiia Ltd. (Kremenchuk) and Prombud-2 Ltd. (Mykolaiv) – foundations for silos; Poltavaspetsmontazh Ltd. (Poltava), Montazhspetskonstruktsiia Ltd. (Kryvyi Rih), Mettransservis Ltd. (Kryvyi Rih), Vysotnyk PC (Mykolaiv) and Budservis Ltd. (Odesa) – installation of upper and lower transport galleries; Construction Company Ltd. (Dnipro) – assembly of metalware of the headhouse; Zakordonmontazhspetsbud Ltd. – installation of the equipment in the headhouse; Ukrdobrobud (Kyiv) – the berth reconstruction; Hazvodmontazh Ltd. and MykolaivBudkomunservis Ltd. (Mykolaiv) – installation of the fire main, utility and drinking water supply system, and sewage system.
It should be mentioned that the company continues holding tenders for various types of construction works at the construction site of NIBULON’s transshipment terminal in Mykolaiv. There are a lot of organizations from different regions of Ukraine eager to cooperate with NIBULON. Therefore, the number of workers at the construction site will grow. Altogether, about 500 workers will be engaged in the construction of the elevator complex. The construction process was started in November 2017 and will be finished in February.
We would remind you that upon the construction completion, the total capacity of the grain storage facilities at the transshipment terminal will attain 173 thousand tons, and it will be possible to store seven different crops at the terminal separately and simultaneously.
