Today Ukraine’s branch celebrates its birthday and we introduce you its team! *** “The history of our branch, its successes and achievements are our pride. Since December 2009, when the foundation stone of the future terminal was laid, people have been creating our history”, mentions Volodymyr Gorishnyy proudly. He continues, “I was working as a chief mechanic when everything started. The staff was young and excellent including Olekandr Hohlov, a young director. A lot of youth came to us from “Vitove” and “Zolotonis’ka” branches. The terminal was constructed quickly, within four months. Construction experience became a novelty for most of us! We were not provided with a ready-built facility, we constructed it together with builders, with NIBULON’s team”. In order to describe the team in detail, the director participated in a rapid-fire interview telling about his colleagues. “Natalya Esmurzieva, a chief accountant, is a young specialist characterized by responsiveness, ability to make decisions. Having come in 2010 as an accountant, she managed to become a chief accountant within a year due to her abilities. She enjoys authority among colleagues and is a self-denying and erudite specialist.” “I have been working with Vitaliy Bedryk, a chief engineer, since 2009. NIBULON is our first profession (not a workplace but a profession!). For these years I have realized one thing – abilities and skills must give only a first-class result. Vitaliy, controlling powerful gears at the terminal, has learnt to find errors and defects in the processes and to correct them. He instructs his young subordinates. He does not pretend to be a great teacher, but after four years of cooperation his colleagues can excel many senior specialists.” “Oleksiy Pustovit, a chief powerman, is a specialist with a capital S. Our mechanism would not have power and vital energy without this person. He helps morally, can advise almost all the specialists. I can always rely upon this person, entrust with the most serious tasks not forgetting to consider his advice”. “It is hard to tell about Oleksandr Polyakvinskyy, a chief mechanic, you must see the results of his work. Due to him, all the defects during production are removed quickly, all gears are in good order. Oleksandr ensures solving of production issues, quick repairing at any time. This person is not afraid of work, but work is afraid of him!” “Olena Oberemok, a chief economist, is a talented worker who came to us in 2012 as a highly skilled specialist. She carries out any economic calculations skillfully, generates ideas as to compliance with material saving. She is responsible for profits and expenses of the branch and she does this perfectly!” “It goes without saying that purchase activity is a guarantee of our branch success. Professionalism of Olena Gorishna and Sergiy Babych, specialists of the trade department, can be characterized by the following: last marketing year they managed to purchase above 90 thousand tons of grain crops from the local farmers!” Some employees of the branch shared their impressions of their work. Maksym Oleksienko, a senior foreman, “My work is a part of our common success to be ensured by the whole team. I have set definite goals: to improve my theoretical knowledge and practical skills, to get additional education, and to take 200 thousand tons of grain in the marketing year”. Sergiy Babin, an economist, “Now it is pleasant to compare the former waste area with the powerful branch that appeared in 2010. Before that time there was no construction work in Kamyanka-Dniprovs’ka town. At present our terminal is a real decoration of the town”. Maksym Zinar, a shift foreman, “I recollect our team’s enthusiasm during preparation for a solemn opening of the branch taking into consideration that I wanted to work here. Today we feel nostalgic recollecting cleaning of the territory, limewashing of trees in the park near our terminal to make our branch to be the best”. Natalya Pyasetska, an accountant, “NIBULON is not my first workplace. It differs from other employers in performance of its production and social obligations and ensuring of appropriate working conditions. I have never met such careful treatment of recent graduates who are provided with the opportunity to make a career and to fulfill themselves as specialists.
