The elevator complex of “Artemivs’ka” branch of NIBULON, established on December 11, 2009, did not become a new beginning of the company in Poltava region, but it extended NIBULON’s presence in the region. Another branch of the company became a trademark of the region.
“On graduating from Mykolayiv National Agrarian University, I managed to get a job at NIBULON. I started to work at “Starobil’s’ka” branch as an economist, where I was able to improve professional level under the direction of Andriy Syrovatko, deputy general director of production. I thank him for knowledge and skills obtained”, tells Denys Ryabinin, the branch director. “Poltava region became the next stage of my professional advancement. Now I think I managed to create a friendly and purposeful team who copes with the tasks successfully! I always ready to talk with my colleagues and try to assist them in different issues”.
Tetyana Kishyk, an economist, tells, “On construction completion, in summer 2010 the elevator complex of “Artemivs’ka” branch started its operation. Since the beginning of its production activity the branch has taken about 400 thousand tons of grain! From year to year the branch increases volumes of grain receipt, extends the geography of supplies and involves new agricultural producers in cooperation. The record achievement is the indices of 2013/14 marketing year. Since the beginning of 2013/14 MY the branch has already taken more than 150 thousand tons of grain crops! Due to their professional work, the employees of the branch obtained trust and recognition among producers not only in Poltava region, but also in Kharkiv and Summy regions.
Sergiy Matola, a head of the production and technological laboratory, is certain that in future NIBULON’s branch is “doomed”to success.According to him, Ukraine, a powerful agrarian country with old agricultural traditions, under any weather and social conditions will be able to harvest fair yield. Poltava is also famous for its agriculture, and Poltava agricultural producers chose NIBULON long ago.
“Our successes are ensured by the team, but one cannot help mentioning personal achievements. In particular, during implementation of a new system to determine indices of economic efficiency of the elevator operation I assisted in setting the economic analysis program. I also can note the efficient implementation (and further use at the branch) of cumulative record of working hours for shift men”, mentions Yuriy Ahrameev, a chief economist.
Valeriy Lytvynov, a senior foreman, says he likes his job. “Besides, I am a local resident; consequently, Artemivka village is my small homeland. It is pleasant to observe how our elevator is filled with grain from year to year; farmers (including my friends) cherish the land and obtain generous reward for their work. Besides, NIBULON demonstrates how our serious agribusiness must assist the community: the branch has allocated funds for repair of the central district hospital, roads in Artemivka and Chernyakivka villages, for construction of the Church of the Nativity of the Mother of God; there was provided assistance to the local football team without regard for those funds paid by the company before commencement of the elevator construction”, he adds.
“The main thing is relations among employees”, tells Sergiy Garmash, a specialist in grain shipment. “Favourable working environment is a guarantee of well-coordinated and efficient work. We have quite friendly relations. Certainly, sometimes there is misunderstanding, as everyone has its own opinions and interests, but we live and work as a single team”.
NIBULON is not the first workplace for Olga Kuvicho, a chief accountant. But “Artemivs’ka” branch became a place for Olga’s self-realization. I was impressed by NIBULON’s greatness and strength. NIBULON gives an opportunity for my successful career development. One must work hard to reach goals. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy is an example to be followed by. His managerial talent, ability to create and develop such a powerful agribusiness deserve respect; it is not easy to start the investment project during the world crisis”, she adds.
Vasyl Zaika, a chief engineer, tells, “Our branch director never keeps away from work. He always helps his workers to clean out tank or to unload railcars if necessary. Consequently, the director enjoys respect, and discipline dominates in his team”.
