– NYBULONLtd. (ТОВ СП «НИБУЛОН») (EDRPOU сode 39473657, 62-A Oleksandr Burda Str., Ruzhyn urban village, Ruzhyn district, Zhytomyr region, founder – K. O. Boyko);
– NYBULON PRIME Ltd. (ТОВ «НИБУЛОН ПРАЙМ») (EDRPOU сode 39429375, 14 Chervonoarmiyskyy Lane, Kyiv, founder – Ye. O. Rozputnyy);
– NIBULON PLYUS Ltd. (ТОВ «НІБУЛОН ПЛЮС») (EDRPOU сode 39341157, 17-A Yakira Str., Kyiv, founder – O. O. Kryvoshey).
Besides, the above mentioned officials are not related to NIBULON.
The use of NIBULON’s name was not coordinated with the company. Under such conditions, NIBULON will not accept and consider any claims concerning NYBULON Ltd., NYBULON PRIME Ltd. and NIBULON PLYUS Ltd.economic activity.

– NIBULON PLYUS Ltd. (ТОВ «НІБУЛОН ПЛЮС») (EDRPOU сode 39341157, 17-A Yakira Str., Kyiv) was renamed as BUKOVYNA GRAIN RECEPTION COMPANY Ltd. (BUKOVYNA GRC Ltd.), founder – Dmytro Barabin.
