Yesterday, the youth festival “Believe in Yourself” was held in Mykolaiv with the support of Mykolaiv Regional Administration and City Council. As part of the event there was a fair of companies. The most successful companies participated in it.
The target audience is senior pupils, graduates and students. According to organizers of the fair, this event gives young people an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the companies and enterprises of our city, to choose their professional direction, and to understand what profession they would like to choose in the future. It is a good opportunity to get acquainted with employers, to fill in application forms to undergo practical training etc. Live broadcast was organized for those who could not come to the forum.
At NIBULON’s information stand there was a real stir. There were a lot of people who wanted to fill in application forms.
“The fair of companies is a good opportunity for pupils to take an important step – to choose profession and for students – to decide on the place of work. I believe that it is also valuable that young people have the opportunity to communicate directly with employers, receive answers to questions that are not covered in booklets, leaflets, brochures, and other information materials. Moreover, such events are also useful for employers themselves, since they have the opportunity to advertise their companies, to understand and assess the working potential of the present-day Mykolaiv region, analyze questions popular among youth in order to improve their own information resources”, said Larysa Zvonova, a head of NIBULON’s HR department
