In 1997 NIBULON created one of the first branches in Lugansk region – “Bilovods’ka” branch that is located in Bilovodsk town.
“Our branch started its activity from tillage of the first leased land in Milovsk and Bilovodsk districts and cultivation of technical crops. Today we till 5,506 ha of leased land. We are engaged in cultivation of sorghum (and we are one of the pioneers in cultivation of this crop at NIBULON), corn, wheat, barley, sunflower seed. As we locate in a risk farming zone (where constant dry winds dominate), sown areas of sorghum are increasing constantly replacing other crops”, tells the branch director Mykola Limanov who has been working as director since 2002 having worked as chief agronomist earlier.    
Today “Bilovods’ka” branch is a model branch that has established a reputation as an effective master of soil cultivation. According to Volodymyr Golub, a chief agronomist, the secret of production success is simple – crop cultivation is performed in compliance with the technologies and crop rotation. He adds, “The company’s management constantly supports our team in searching and implementing new cultivation technologies. Thus, we sow crops on soil of different treatment. In due time we were one of the first in the region to use carbamide and ammoniac mixture; for this purpose we produce facilities and other necessary instruments. Our employees regularly assist other NIBULON’s branches in field works”.
The team of “Bilovods’ka” branch was recognized one of the best both in NIBULON and among other enterprises of the district. In particular, in 2012 and 2013 the branch became a record-breaker in a gross yield of sorghum at NIBULON.
Labour achievements of the team are confirmed by the honorary diplomas of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, regional and district state administrations. The employees highly appreciate awards presented by NIBULON which include not only honorary diplomas in the name of Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, but also valuable presents such as audio equipment, a billiard table, and others.
The team of “Bilovods’ka” branch follows the example of their director who is a real professional, a reliable and confident person who can easily communicate with people. “He is not only hard-working, but also a kind-hearted person”, mentions Olga Golovchenko, a chief economist.
NIBULON’s peculiar characteristic is to stake on youth. The company hires people without previous work experience in order to train the best professionals.
“NIBULON is my first workplace”, tells Olga Zadorozhnya, deputy chief accountant. “When I was studying at Lugansk National Agrarian University, I had already got to know the branch team during my practical training. Having graduated from the university I returned to the branch, as NIBULON impressed me with its reliability”.
“The branch owns agricultural machinery fleet consisting of tractors, harvesters, cultivators produced by Саse, Fеndt, Тіgеr”, tells Oleksandr Tertychnyy, a chief engineer. “We have a wonderful team, we till large sowing areas, work very hard. We are assisted by Bilovodsk Vocational Agrarian College we have been cooperating with for a long time and which graduates are hired by our branch”.
Sergiy Rybalkin, a machine operator, got a job at the branch in 1997. “Our team of machine operators numbers 37 persons; we run the best modern machinery. Our team is strong; all colleagues are hard-working and technologically literate people with great experience. Annually, the branch management provide training to machine operators and specialists, where the final results are summarized, new types of activities are planned, and new technologies are studied”, he tells. 
The employees also have an opportunity to study abroad. For example, Volodymyr Golub, a chief agronomist, visited NUSSED company (the USA) together with NIBULON’s colleagues in 2012. The aim of the trip was to improve skills in cultivating sorghum, to sign agreements for purchase of sorghum hybrids. According to Volodymyr Golub, during training the U.S. specialists noted that the professional level of NIBULON’s specialists corresponded to the level of foreign ones, and sometimes their level was even higher. According to them, NIBULON is not inferior to the U.S. companies by the level of labour organization, technical equipment of production processes and others.
“During my studies at Bilovodsk Vocational Agrarian College I underwent practical training at the branch”, tells Yuriy Sazonov, a machine operator. “On finishing college, I came to work here. Purposefulness, responsibility, professionalism are those qualities peculiar to us. Though, our work is not easy, we work enthusiastically, as we work on our native land, growing qualitative agricultural products”.
