Students from Kherson vocational school No. 2 had been improving their skills performing work of different complexity at the construction site of “Holoprystans’ka” branch for about a month. Overall, 23 boys who had been invited by one of the contacting organizations involved in construction process had practical training at the construction site.
“We were offered to practice here, improve our professional skills. Of course we agreed as we need to undergo practical training, but there is no place to do this. This is much better than if we erect walls of lime materials and take them down in workshops. Here are good high-quality materials, new techniques. We not only learn something new, but also get experience”, commented a master of vocational training Oleksandr Kruptsev.
He also noted that the guys had got great experience over the period of time spent at NIBULON’s construction site, had been a part of such a large-scale construction.  Most of them have never been at construction site of such level.
“We had been laying autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. We did such work only in a workshop earlier, but we laid only red bricks. Therefore, we can say that this is our first experience. We’ve learned to lay autoclaved aerated concrete blocks”, shared his impressions a student Oleh Svalov.
Laying of partitions in buildings was the main work that have been performed by young builders at the construction site. The senior master had been checking quality and accuracy of work. Of course, as the students noted, there had been some flaws as they were still studying; but in general, the master has no complaints, everything is done properly. 
Deputy General Director of Construction Serhii Besedin is also satisfied with the work of young specialists. Therefore, we thank the students for their work and wish them success in their studies and employment.
