On May 23, 2018, NIBULON put into operation its new elevator complex for shipment of grain and oilseeds as part of the transshipment terminal in Mykolaiv with a capacity of 43,000 tons (6 silos with capacity of 7,2 thousand tons each) and the reconstructed berth (222 m). They were constructed under financial support of the International Finance Corporation.
The new complex equipped with devices from such reliable leading manufacturers as Bühler GmbH (Germany), PRECIA S.A. (France), Cimbria Unigrain A/S (Denmark), UAB Liucija (Lithuania) etc. increased total capacity of grain silos located in the territory of NIBULON’s transshipment terminal in Mykolaiv up to 173,000 tons and enables the company to store 7 different crops simultaneously. The facility is capable of handling 5 vessels at once with the shipment capacity on water transport of 50,000 tons per day.
