At present NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard is the only one in Ukraine that constructs complete vessels. Now NIBULON is constructing non-self-propelled vessels (NBL-91 project) intended for operation on shallow rivers, in particular along the Southern Bug.
The shipbuilders have formed the after half-hull of the units No.1-6 (10007 manufacturing order). They are producing parts and installing them. The specialists are carrying out non-destructive testing of welded joints, tightness test of compartments and also painting. At the same time they continue formation of the fore half-hull (units No.10-12).
10008 manufacturing order: NIBULON’s shipbuilders are forming the fore half-hull (units No.10-12) and producing subsections of the units No.7-9 of the parallel middle body.

NIBULON has developed and successfully implements a production program providing a one hundred percent workload at its shipyard for the next five years. The company plans to construct at its own shipyard 12 non-self-propelled vessels with the total deadweight of 36 thousand tons (NBL-91 project), 12 shallow-draught tugs of 14.4 thousand h.p. (121 project), 35 self-propelled “Volgo Don max” class vessels with the total deadweight of about 200 thousand tons.
In particular, NIBULON’s investment program for 2015 includes construction of tugs of 5,000 hp and 3,500 hp, three tugs of the 121 project and also completion of construction of a pontoon (С14938 project) for a portable transshipment crane with a capacity of 5 thousand tons per day. The crane will conduct loading and unloading operations in the roads as well as at the transshipment terminal, without involving third-party organizations.
