The participants of the meeting, namely Deputy General Director of Construction Serhii Besedin, director of “Khortytsia” branch Oleh Burlachenko, NIBULON’s specialists and heads of contracting organizations, as always, started with inspection of all facilities at the construction site; general construction works at most of them are being finished.
At present the contractors finish constructing a canteen, a transformer substation, a workshop with a garage, a warehouse, a fire station, workplace facilities, two toilet facilities and an operating weighing station. The work on mounting of roof at some buildings is in full swing. NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard is producing furniture for production facilities.
A famous Ukrainian company BULAT Ltd. is performing work to a good quality and according to schedule, namely mounting platforms of truck scales. HBM GmbH (Germany) is a manufacturer of modern equipment for the weighing complex. The capacity of the scales comprises 80 tons, and it has a lifespan of 50 years.
The specialists at the construction site of “Khortytsia” branch finish arranging areaways, foundations for dryers and concrete foundations for silos and galleries for grain shipments on river and road transport; the contractors will start mounting metalware of these units next week. In turn, the workers finish mounting metalware of the upper loading galleries. It’s planned to finish mounting metalware of the headhouse in mid-May.
The workers have completed concrete works on construction of walls of fire tanks and started constructing foundation for a pump station under roof for diesel-generator. The specialists have started assembling outer networks of water supply and sewage system.
The construction of the terminal on the land plot of 1.5 ha will cost about half a billion UAH. The newly built terminal will have the following technical characteristics: grain storage capacity – 77 thousand tons, daily capacity of dryers – 4 thousand tons, water transport shipments – 12 thousand tons per day. The total shipment capacity – 716.8 thousand tons per year.
It is planned to put the state-of-the-art modern terminal into operation in the first half of June 2017.
